I am rejecting this response because: they did not try to contact meThey did not leave a voice mail at the number they stated they calledThey did not email me and my email is clearly shown on the orderWhen they finally called me about the refund, the address she confirmed with me for the refund was correctOn top of that, we'd received one package from them to that address that included the other items from this orderAs for going to the school and speaking with the coach, I spoke with him March and he did not mention any knowledge of 5star having attempting to deliver a shirtAfter I spoke with him, he and I spoke several more times and he repeatedly stated he was unable to get a response from them via phone or emailHe was at my house for a team dinner May and said he still had no contact with themDue to this information, I do not feel 5star handled this wellI feel the only thing that spurred a response from them was my complaint to the Revdex.com and a voice mail I left them threatening court actionWhen they did finally call me, the woman I spoke with offered no apology, no explanation, was very terse, and left with the feeling they felt this was somehow my faultI would like my complaint to remain as I do not feel this matter was handled in a professional manner due to the lack of response to both my and the coach's emails and phone calls and due to the attitude of the woman who did finally call meOthers should be aware of this situation in order to make an informed decision before doing business with this companyIn my case the season is now over and we never got the shirtThat would be a very big problem for an team needing part of their uniform

In response, our records show that the backordered item: Men's team polo XL style [redacted]  Shipped via usps on 2/26/15.  Package was received back on 3/9/15 from usps. Marked Undeliverable.Attempted to contact customer at number listed on order: [redacted]. No contact made.Shirt was taken...

directly to the school in an attempt to deliver. Unable to locate customer.Spoke with coach for the team, and offered to deliver directly to him.  At this point that has not been arranged, although he offered to help with the delivery.Due to the customer's frustration and our own frustration getting this final item delivered, we welcome the opportunity to refund the amount of the shirt. tax and shipping.They should see the credit on their visa within the next 48 hours as it is processing today.
