My car is Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost 2L yearI decided to use the Fairley & Stevens Ford service center because it's located in minutes' walk from my workplace All works were done according to warranty and recalls First time they replaced the electric steering rack by warranty and I clarified during my visual inspection at my home garage that the harness holders were cutIt caused to mechanical contact harness with moving suspension parts and made the car potentially dangerous and unsafety on the roadAfter I recognize the issue I talked to the manager and the problem had been solvedThe second time I brought my car according recall to replace door latchesI received my car and it became very noisyI removed interior door panels and found a missing soft plastic cover More over all four black covers under internal door handle (p.n.: DS73-F26553-A, DS-F26552-A, DS-F22643-A,DS73-F226-A.) were just destroyed and made buzzing noise and fail into salon space when door is closing After spark plug replacing I recognized smashed aluminum cover on air intake sleeveI didn't touch the car before 9th April because car had been covered by warrantyI started to investigate the problems on 20th April I bought new and replaced all damaged part by myself I have all pictures of damaged parts, parts and work reports as well The cost of detriment is hundred's dollars only for parts expenses So, I found this service center absolutely unprofessional and fully disrespectable to customer's properties I would strongly recommend stay away of this crevice center
