taken against the consumer for such. attached is a letter we had to send to the credit company and a copy of the estimate/final bill. if further correspondence from consumer we as a corp. will be forced to sue based on the facts. please respond with reception of this thanks

I am rejecting this response because:The preliminary estimate that was sent from Bracken Collision via pdf to the Revdex.com has been doctored from being the final bill to a estimate. looking at the date of when that estimate was created it is different from the date of the estimate I recieved before recieveing the final bill. On top of the re-categorizing of $1,383.37 of miscellaneous into a parts cost of $1,077.39 that totalled $2,460.76 in parts on the final bill when on the esitmate I recieved August 31. There was only a cost of $300 in parts, unexplanined and unneeded work in other areas of the vehicle that never had oked or received a phone call saying or asking what else had need to be done to my vehicle when I asked to be notified if any further work was to be needed besides what I had expained from the first estimate I recieved on 6/29/2016 that was still either way incorrect no matter what because they didnt included all of the work that we had talked about being that this was going to be an out of pocket payment that was received all at once.

I am rejecting this response because:You are correct, glass on mirrors does not just fall out, there are pictures attached that were submitted to Geico on 6-26-2017, showing no physical damage or impact to the mirror.  Bracken Collision disassembled the passenger door, and mirror, and they were both included in the Geico claim for repair. The passenger mirror was not re-assembled correctly in the repair process by Bracken Collision, resulting in the glass falling out. Bracken Collision guarantees their work for a Lifetime, is a false claim made by Geico and Bracken Collision, as they are not providing repairs as per their contract.

This is a completed fabricated extortion attempt and in no way will ever any money be refunded . This customer made a insurance claim and was paid a lot more than what we charge he used the insurance companies rental reimbursement to its fullest he maxed out his policy and he did not pay his...

deductible , I am considering contacting the insurance company and giving them my estimate I repaired off of so they can seek reimbusment from him for repairs not completed as per their estimate and rental cost back to them since it sat at my shop for 30 days with no communication on the repairs from the customer and if they want to file insurance fraud against him it will be their deal ,
