I purchased a 3-vacation package from Star Vacations, now called VIP Vacations, Kissimee, Florida, with a time-share presentation tied into all vacationsI have been trying for over days, since October 11, 2016, to book a March resort stay in Orlando FloridaI have met all their reservation criteria and the company has not been able to confirm my reservation My first reservation request was at ***, after one week I was told the resort is not responding to their reservation requestI made numerous call for the second week and they finally told me to make a second choice because I was refused a reservation at *** because they said "I was too old", an age limit was not stated in the contract I proceeded to choose a second resort
I purchased Star Vacation in 2014, and I tried to use it in and Spring of I never received return calls to my request for the reservation
I received a advertisement call from Star VacationI agreed to acceptance of the vacation package, because they offered 3yrs to use the packageI accepted the package on 12/17/Its been very hard to use the package with the booking restrictions, and I tried to use the package for April 17-21stI spoke to the manager, Dwayne, and he extended my package for an additional months, since I never used it, and I paid $for the packageDwayne advised that he would work on my vacation destination for April 17-21st, but I never heard back from himI called an additional times, and never received a responseMy time to use the packages are now very limited, and I would like to book my vacation packages or receive a refundTo date, I never received a return call from Star Vacations
They reneged on all-inclusive trip to Mexico (say we're "too old", which wasn't stated in contract)Now they can't furnish US site we want to visit
Purchased pkgof nights in Mexico (all-inclusive) and nights in USA (not inclusive) on 6-2-for $(one-bedroom)Good for yearsWhen we tried to make a reservation for Mexico, they said we were too old, and they would instead give us 5-night packages and 4-night pkgin the USNow when we try to book, all we can get is a hotel room in our desired location (Palm Springs, CA) although the web site advertises one-bedroom villas in Palm SpringsTheir attitude is "sorry about that, tough luck"They promise to call back but don't do soOver time I have talked to Gina, Timothy he was nice), Mary and JulieI tried to get a reimbursement from our Credit Card, but they said we had waited too long after the purchase to complain How could we complain until we found out we had a problem after trying to book a vacation to Me
