I still have not recd where my additional $was accounted for$was charged, $was "comped"where is the $19 that remains? Ms*** is lyingHer manager Chante did all the yelling/screaming that is exactly why I disconnected the phone callI am amazed at her bullying tactics as a small business ownerI have only contacted her business a total of times: 1) to make original appt, 2) to reschedule original appt, 3) to return voicemail left by her business to cancel refill apptI am a professional and do not need to "harass" any businessI am simply asking where my additional $was accounted for. Since her manager acted so rudely and unprofessionally, and since I disconnected the conversation, I had zero intentions of returningIn addition, Ms*** left a nasty voicemail which I still have, stating she was removing me from the additional appts I had booked and I was no longer welcome in her salonTherefore, I have NEVER CALLED HER SALON AGAIN. Her threatening tactics of harassment are unwarranted to say the least, let alone bullying and just plain unprofessional.Again, group on was paid $69, my receipt states $charge minus $compWhere is the additional $19?

Nowhere on the gift card, receipt, or company website does
it state that gift cards are non-refundable. It does state it is non-transferable,
which means ‘able to be transferred or made over to the possession of another
person.’ When I tried to use the gift card on December 13th, the company was
unable to provide the service I needed. It should have been refunded then along
with the other gift card purchased previously in the amount of $47.30. It makes
no sense that one was refunded and the others were not.

The customer purchased a gift card during our BLACK FRIDAY sale 11/25/17. Promo attached. Disputing the sale with her bank will not hold up with us having a signed copy of her receipt of purchase. using her gift card. We have new lash technicians and/or she may use it for any other service we provide. But, again like all companies, gift cards are non-refundable.

The gift certificates were purchased to be used with my stylist Abbey, it even states that on the purchase receipt, under the description. Abbey is no longer able to provide the service. There is no mention on the receipt, the gift card, or on the company's website that gift cards are not refundable. I tried to get a refund on 12/4/17 when 5 Starr Salon could not provide the lash service. I should not be penalized because I gave the company ample time to respond to my refund requests over the holidays. In addition, I was refunded for one gift card in the amount of $47.30 when I spoke with someone at 5 Starr on 12/4/17 because they could not provide the service I wanted. The same applies to the other gift card purchases.

We told her for the inconvenience of her waiting during her first original appointment htat we would extend a free fill to her because of the technicians emergency. Since the Client, [redacted], did in fact received her actually service we have no obligation at this time to refund her money and nor does groupon. Since the technician is no longer with us, we would in fact have still honor the free fill once we could have found a replacement. She is also stating that our groupon is still active. This is also untrue. At this point their is nothing more we can do for [redacted] but wait for a technician to be hired for lashes to give her a free service. I will advise if the harassment continues we will have to dismiss her from our facility. Offering a free service to someone does not give them the right to be angry with staff members for something they can't control. We would be happy to answer any other questions that pertain to this matter. Thank you
