I do not have pictures. This complaint was only because how sick we... were and usage we felt. Driver # [redacted] drive the vehicle. It certainly was not clean with cobwebs, clothes, and shoes in the back. We had a different driver who had to drive this van and he apologized perfusley on the dirty condition and called his boss on the carbon dioxide leaking in. This is the only van we had a problem with, the other vans were clean and safe. To say they are inspected daily they would see how bad this one van was, in fact when the different driver called her boss they apologized about having to send that van. My problem was not with any of the staff or other vans, just the one van is absolutely unsafe

We would like to see the pictures of that van as well Our drivers perfume pre-trip inspections daily and we only use vehicles that pass the inspectionsWe don,t have any van that has a huge hole in bottom, broken doors or has a carbon dioxide leakingThe safety of our clients is our top priorityWe care deeply about our clients and seek talented and professionals to serve them

All our vehicles are inspected and insured as required by Ohio Public Safety Each vehicles undergoes our internal inspection weekly They are clean after each passenger drop off, comfortable, and well maintained
