50/50 Investments LLC Reviews (3)

Hello, Please review the email sent to my email from the owner of 50-investments LLCI believe it is an attempt to intimidate me, and I would like this to be included in the fileI have not responded and I do not have any intentions on responding. Best regards,
*** *** Director of Operations Direct: *** *** Office: *** *** Website: *** _____________________________ From: Naomi H*** Sent: Thursday, April 27, 12:PM Subject: Counter To: *** *** Cc: I used Reva Rockstars as a vendor for leads and skip tracing services for my real estate investment marketing businessaThe initial agreement for turn-around time was 7-business daysI placed two orders; one unlimited lead package per month, for $1000, and another package for $After weeks of waiting on my orders to return, I was told that the new turn-around time would be days! The owner then told me that the client with the unlimited package was the cause of the hold up on my second orderTheir claim was that the order "did not yield results", and they promised to redo the orderThe owner later sent me a message stating that my client could only expect to receive PART of his workThis was never the agreementIt has now been over weeks and I have not received the completed orders for either of my clientsThe "new" turn-around time was days, and they have exceeded this time frame as wellI have reached out to the owner by text and email in regards to a refund, with no responseAt first, I wanted to allow them to finish the work but I don't believe they ever intended on doing thatI was initially willing to accept a partial refund, but I know that I am entitled to a full refund of $1,If this matter is not resolved I will be filing court documents Action : Received this - please file, we will also be taking *** to court for the full balance of each client we serviced at wholesale cost - for retail costs of $eachDo the math, it adds up - the way it should have from the beginning if I had treated this account as a RETAIL account Reason : Failure to provide or demonstrate your ability to maintain a predictable payment schedule warranting your wholesale status - you automatically breach ourINITIAL agreement to satisfy a wholesale quota monthly to substantiate the tremendous DISCOUNTED services we provided youI have had the retail versus wholesale conversation with you numerous timesHowever, NOT ONCE have you been able to account or justify your wholesale status, by providing consistent steady business We have records demonstrating where we've not only coached and supported your operation, but even referred customers to you that ended up SIGNING with youWe specifically created a packaged a deal FOR YOU, however, failure to uphold YOUR END, is what truly caused these issuesIt is our belief you never had any intention of signing a contract which would hold you to the wholesale versus retail quota, and that you wished to continue to receive these discounts without an accountability of the AGREED UPON TERMSI can deal with a lot, but slander or defamation of my or my company and the workers who are attached to it are something I will pay good money to defendEspecially since you not ONCE acknowledge your setback in this dilemmaSo I will BROADCAST it for you, as you have done me Failure to uphold the basic policy of satisfying a monthly daily quota to receive discounted servicesFailure to provide proof of sales to justify discounted services PER AGREED TERMSFailure to sign and deliver standard agreement, detailing and noting the terms of this agreementSlander and defamation of character Reva Rockstars built an expectation around our dealREAL people worked countless hours to do work for your business, only to be shortchanged and cheapened. We've only been accommodating and apologetic for actions on our end - however, it's time to own your part in this, and WHY the deal truly fell thru We will also be filing the above complaint with the Revdex.com against *** **Every VA that spent ONE SECOND doing work for you will attest to our effort to satisfy YOUR CLIENTS and will be filing a corresponding response/complaint based on THEIR experiences with ***No coercion needed from me, YOUR company shorted THEIR paychecks and they have tons to say about it Unfortunate it had to come to this, but we're done being your guinea pigs Very Respectfully, Naomi TH*** REVA ROCKSTARS *** "We rise by lifting others." - Robert Ingersoll

It is critical to identify several key aspects in this complaint. These critical points are FACTS. 1.       REVA ROCKSTARS and this client are services in the SAME industry. We do the same work for the same type of clients. -          When this client first approached us to work together, the whole idea was to provide a service for HER clients that she couldn’t. It was our “LEAD GENERATION” option. A popular service we’re well known for in the real estate investing arena. A typical client of REVA ROCKSTARS pays anywhere from $800 - $1500 for our monthly services. This particular client claimed she could bring in more clients for us to service thru her company in return for heavily DISCOUNTED services. This initial pitch yielded the “quota = discounted services” agreement. We wouldn’t charge full price for services if this client could demonstrate and fulfill a quota of clients PER WEEK or PER MONTH. 2.       REVA ROCKSTARS works with contractual agreements and long term service relationships. -          In January 2017, when we started this work relationship – it was agreed that in order to keep our costs low and affordable for this client, she would have to maintain a weekly or monthly quota of sales to satisfy the deeply discounted services we would provide. This agreement was to be annotated and signed by both parties. However, after one month of trial and error, it was evident that this client could not satisfy that arrangement. After a revision of our packages, we figured out a brief way to keep the client happy, by cutting out some of the additional tasks we normally perform for premium packages, while at the same time still delivering the work she needed to keep HER clients happy. We agreed to continue to try to work things out by trying to figure out some middle ground where we could provide the same service but at cost-effective rates to HER, but she would STILL have to provide a consistent quota of sales PER WEEK/MONTH to satisfy the reason for discount. 3.       REVA ROCKSTARS coached and provided valuable feedback to this client to help their client marketing strategy AND referred customers to them for service. -          After providing 60 days of satisfactory work for various clients of this client, we broached the need AGAIN for a contract and long term plan, however, during this timeframe (End February/Early March) this client was still not confident in her ability to be put under contract to uphold the monthly quota – hearing her frustration, we helped her and gave her ideas to help HER business recruit clients, even going as far to refer clients to HER for HER SERVICES to handle. Remember, we are in the same industry and service THE SAME TYPE OF CLIENT. We did that to help HER get some consistent based leads to satisfy our agreement. -          At the same time, a majority of the REVA ROCKSTAR VA’s had filed a complaint about [redacted], citing the low rates they were being paid, while this client could not justify a quota of monthly sales. They were working long hours but being paid pennies for work that yielded thousands of dollars in revenue for this client. The model was upside down and REVA ROCKSTARS had been drawing the short end of the stick for over 60 days. 4.       REVA ROCKSTARS cease fire on further work for [redacted], but agreed to finish current pending orders. -          Freelance VA’s that work for REVA ROCKSTARS have the option to take on the client load of their choice based on what we have available for work. Given the meek situation with this client and their spotty client history, it was difficult to find a VA that would do the work, knowing that they’d be paid little to nothing for their time and effort. Two VA’s, needing more experience, agreed to do the work. However, as single mothers, they were not able to satisfy the due dates of each assignment, and honestly – given the continual breach of agreement to sign a contract and have agreed terms, I was NOT going to push them to do more than they could. To date, before receiving this complaint – they were still committed to completing the tasks. Assumptions that they weren’t are neither true nor valid. This client was even added to our internal boards, our intellectual property, where we monitor our daily work so she could review and confer with VA’s attached to her project specifically. The intellectual property in these boards are our business model and by exposing them we gave her even MORE insight to a successful, fully functional VA office and process. 5.       [redacted] Beta Deal – Less money, MORE WORK for REVA ROCKSTARS. -          This deal was created to satisfy this clients premium client request, and would be executed before the problems between our two small companies came to this point. This client was going to BUY leads at discount and use the service to RESELL those leads for profit. REVA ROCKSTARS would then be supplying two competitors with work for pennies. It would be this agreement that demonstrates the true intentions of this company. It is our belief that she never had any intention to sign an agreement locking her into a legal binding contract to prove consistent sales and monthly quota, but to instead continue to reap the reward of discounted services and misrepresent her inability to satisfy her end of the bargain between our companies. -          Although this client fell short on her end to make this work – REVA ROCKSTARS was STILL willing to fill these orders, although we agreed that the work be amended and revised given it was STILL IN THE BETA phase. In the BETA PHASE we agreed would be a work in progress until we configured the perfect algorithm for each order. Since it wasn’t finalized – one of the immediate amendments made was to provide faster, shorter lead lists. However, around the time we agreed to get that done, we were having difficulty finding VA’s to even do the work given this client spotty history with the company, and her ability to provide proof or consistency and contract.     We repeatedly worked with this client to better her business and provide the services she needed at the price point she wanted. In the long run we LOST more money than we made trying to make things work. Normal rate of service - $800/$1500 per ONE CLIENT + contract (6 months- 12 months)   Discounted rate of service for this client over 90 days of service for - $250/$350 per ONE CLIENT We did email Ms. [redacted] regarding this complaint. Anything we said in that email, not a threat – all FACT. By filing this complaint and not explaining to her clients the true reason behind failed orders, is slander and defamation of character, our businesses do the SAME thing in the SAME industry. We will be protecting ourselves against ANY false accusations by presenting ALL the evidence of our relationship. Furthermore, we’re severely disappointed in how this was handled. We are awaiting a response to pursue the next step. This is not how you treat a company that CONSISTENTLY worked with you to help YOU create a sustainable business model, attain clients, build a network and provide mentorship for nearly ZERO COST to YOU! We have done the work for this client. However, before either work or refund is given, we require a full written apology, from this client for making the statements above WITHOUT disclosing all the details of our relationship with one another and for the defamation and slander of our company character. Attached are this response, a powerpoint of our email dialogue building up to this complaint  and a letter I wrote to her client explaining why the work could not be completed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to present the facts.   Very Respectfully, Naomi H[redacted], CEO REVA ROCKSTARS[redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com[redacted]
