Never ever uses these guys. They are very sweet to you until they pick up your items and then keep increasing their rates till the point they deliver items to you. My TV was damaged but they took no responsibility for it. Also I was finally billed about 3 times more their initial quote and gave the biggest BS reasons ever! I tried contacting them to pay for the damage costs but they never returned calls.
This company is nothing short of a rip off!. My mother had her bedroom set moved out of my apartment in Florida to Ohio. When the movers came the driver was very short with me and rude! They didn't have the proper supplies and had to borrow my tools. When they left they left a mess in my back room. Old tape and packaging supplies and MY tools were strewn overwhere. (I took pictures) When I sent an e-mail to complain about the service no one would ever call me back. When my mother received her things, all of her glasses were broken, pictures and nicknacks were also broken. Here is the kicker they did not bring all of her bed and none of the hardware to put her bedroom set back together! She now has a pile of wood in her room. We have both called the company multiple times and everytime we were met with rude service on the other end. The kept telling her "oh we will get it out to you" "we will send it tomorrow." It has been since August of 2013 we have been trying to get this issue rresolved. Today when I called the guy hung up on me!!!!! Then I finally get a different person today and he told me oh we don't have her things and you need to file a claim. The lady at the claims department told me we would only get reimbursed for what was missing or broken. So basically, a 1,500 dollar bedroom set has went to waste because my mother doesn't have all the pieces to put it back together not too mention all the other things that were damaged (oh and she paid all them in FULL). The people who work there are just plain rude. I would not recommend them EVER!!!!
