we were made aware of the complaint by the property management company we went to mow this property and when we got there there was ai deflated kiddie pool in the middle of the yard I had an employee pick it up and place it on her porch so we could mow there was a hose strewn
through the back yard my employee coiled it up and placed it by the ac unit in back so I could mow I offered to replace the pool and was told not to since then this tenant has been blowing up my cell phn with demanding messages and emails threatening that if I didnt pay her she was going to use anyway she could to ruin my business I went ahead and ageed to pay and she still harassed me via email she said she told the rental company to fire me I have all the emails for proof the management told me to resolve the issue or they would let us go we paid her the money not admitting fault we have been in business for years mowing for this company for of those without issue we have been taken for money we didnot owe for damage we did not do we advised the realty we wont mow that address anymore I had to go to my local law enforcement to get her to leave us alone none of what she said happened I would not b in business this long if our performance was that disrespectful moving forward we have a solution in place to protect us from this happening again
