Dishonest. Plan on them going through your stuff, vandalizing it, and then stealing half your stuff. I paid them $11k to damage and steal $10k worth of my families stuff. Beware of Brittany and Maria vouching for them saying how wonderful they are. It’s horrible. I am sick and nothing is resolved still.

Beware: CROOKS! This is the business model of 500 Move: they quote you a price lower than anybody else but still make a healthy profit on it because they use dirt-cheep subcontractors (the ones who actually deliver stuff to you). The only way for these subcontractors to make a profit is to steal your things and extort extra money from you on delivery (paid upfront, of course - before you know that a lot of your stuff is missing).
500 Move is a fraudulent operation. People who work there know perfectly well what is going on but all they care about is just their salaries and bonuses.
500 Move has a very good salesperson. His name is Ely Pazur. He has a very convincing phone personality and sounds like somebody you can trust - the worst kind. He knows perfectly well what is going on but still he sells you the “service”: he just does not care what financial loss and emotional pain he inflicts on his customers. He and other crooks from 500Move should be stopped. I would happily support any individual or class action lawsuit against the company.

Please accept the following response to Ms. [redacted]’ rejection. Ms. [redacted] was given the opportunity to purchase Full Value Protection for her shipment but opted instead for the free valuation coverage, which limits the carrier liability to $0.60 per pound per [redacted]gible item. adjusted to reflect the materials used. The cost of Mr. [redacted] move increased by $232 over the estimate. Mr. [redacted] should have been notified of the delivery time 24 hours in advance. Please note that if Mr. [redacted] is referring to packing materials, since they were purchased by Mr. [redacted], they are his property. As Mr. [redacted] was aware that packing materials were not included with his estimate, and as Mr. [redacted] required packing materials and labor, which the carrier provided, we are unfortunately unable toaccommodate Mr. [redacted] request for a refund. If Mr. [redacted] continues to believe he is entitled to a refund he may submit to our claim administrator for consideration. Thank You.

I have called this company Atleast 8 times and also have emails sent in which no one responded nor contacted me back. I was also advised in person that they would not fold my new mattress and it came folded and broke. I was told in person once again the mattress would not be folded and it was. I want to be reimbursed for the mattress as that was intentional. I can't use this mattress and they want to give me 8.00 for a 800.00 mattress. Why should I agree to that?
