Dear Revdex.com,We have sent a plumber to the home multiple times to try to remediate the hot water issue He replaced every working part of the hot water heater to try to fix the issue I spoke with the tenant yesterday to confirm that the hot water is working properly He confirmed this.We have also sent the pest control specialist to the home to examine and begin treatment of the bed bug issue.We are doing everything in our power to provide a safe rental home for Mr [redacted] and his family I spoke with him yesterday, and he confirmed he was satisfied with our efforts.Sincerely,Alpine Property Management
