Last year investment company LLC/*** international investment company gave all tenants in buildings *** & *** n *** ave, Los Angeles a " condo conversion" letter to move in June Mgr Jonathan *** lied to all tenants including senior citizens and the disabled and said "no body has to move, it's only for paperwork" This is a ploy so tenants don't go to hearings or tricked tenants to move out So people be careful, you have been warned

Ever since I have moved into one of 505 Investment Co. properties I have enjoyed my stay and have never had any issues with the management. They are professional, courteous and most of all very honest and straight forward. I have had many small items in my unit repaired in a very professional and timely manner. They have a great system in place where tenants feel very comfortable and have an open dialogue with the management. I have always enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone in the LA area to live in one of their properties. Highly recommended!! Great work 505!! :))

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE!! I have not been accommodated better than with 505 Investments. They are a small family operated property management company that really goes above and beyond the industry standards in order to make each tenant feel extra special. I am absolutely in love with the Manager. He has done an amazing job running the building and making sure that all the issues get resolved immediately. Over the past 4 years they have made great changes to the building, like paint tile and landscaping, etc. and now the building feels updated and looks better too. I would recommend everyone to stay in one of their properties!!
