I am submitting a very negative review based on my dealings with this dealership. I was going to purchase a 2013 BMW 328x drive yesterday. I had dealt with Robert for about two weeks through email and phone. I live 3 hours away from this business so Robert assured me by sending me pictures, sending me the CARFAX, that this vehicle was in mint condition, no dents, scratches or accidents. We agreed on a price and my husband and I drove up to Downers Grove, 3 hours from our residence. When we arrived, the building looked very dingy, poorly maintained. Robert greeted us and we proceeded to go look at the car. We immediately saw scratches all over the vehicle which Robert did not let me know about. We left immediately and told him we would be reporting this to the Revdex.com. I was ready to purchase this car, my husband took a whole day off of work to go and complete this purchase and Robert lied to us about the condition of this vehicle. He kept stating that this wasn't his fault. Took no responsibility for telling us lies. Would not recommend dealing with this shoddy business.

We placed a company vehicle on consignment with %05 Motors. The vehicle was sold according to their staff. However, they have been very slow in forwarding to us our proceeds from the sale.
Calls to the dealership have resulted in no progress. Their staff say that only the "owner" can issue the check for the payment due us and he is away on "family business". Requests that the owner be contacted and arrange a wire transfer of funds into our bank account have been met with resistance. Their response is "we don't usually do that".
Their staff insists that they do not "play with (our) customers" but their business practices are less than professional and most certainly not timely.
