Review: I reached out to fiftydollarlogo.com to have a logo designed for my new business in August of 2013. I received the designs and were unhappy. I requested revisions as this is a requirement of their advertised services. The new revisions were not up to par so I requested a refund of $50.00 which I was charged for the service. I was told by customer service that it would take 21 to process the refund. As of February **, 2014 I still don't have a refund. I've received emails from customer service stating that "your request will be reviewed shortly". Or "the financing department is looking into your request". It's past the posted 21 days for a refund period, as stated in their servicing agreement. I've wasted time and money trying to retrieve the funds in addition to having to pay more money for a new logo. I want my refund of $50.00 as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $50.00 in the form of a check.
