Review: Parking garage damageded the roof and rail of my automobile that I parked there. The garage useslift/elevator to park cars vertically. Parked at location on July **, 2014 at about 5:15PM and my paid receipt has an 20:45 (8:45pm) time. Upon pickup there was heavy rain and I got into vehicle without noticing the damage and drove home to my home. The dented damage is primarily along most of the roof on the passenger side of the vehicle which is the reason I did not notice the damage. Also the rail above the driver's door is dented for most of the length of the driver''s side. I called the garage on July **, 2014 and the attendant/[redacted] who did ot provide his name told me that as I had not immediately filed a police report that there is nothing they would do. He asked how do they know the damage happened there. I said the damage is indicative of having been crushed from the top as in an lift/elevator, that I park my car in a suburban drivway and in an indoor garage at work. The damage was from the movement on the elevator used at the garage to lift cars in the exposed steel parking beams. The attendant gave me the "office" number and I called and spoke to a woman who said the manager was oiut to call back Monday 7/**/14. A man ansered Monday and said to call on Tuesday. No one has answered my call since 7/** or returned my voice message or my one text message.Desired Settlement: I have a written Preliminary Estimate to repair my vehicle by [redacted] to replace the roof panel and roff molding clips and to repair the left Aperture panel of $3155.74 @8.375% tax 264.29 Grand Total of $3420.03. My auto policy has a one thousand dollar ($1000.00) deductible. I think the 50th Garage Corp should be be responsible for the $1000 deductible that I wil pay to repair the vehicle. They have not replied to my calls or messages. I am asking for your assistance to resolve my complaint.

The attendant who damaged the vehicle did not even acknowledge the damage and accepted my gratuity without thanks as he wxiting my car and quickly walked away befor I would notice any damage to my roof or rail above the passenger door. With the night and heavy rain I merely got into the car and drove home.
