October 4th that I hired Chad J*** to install two systems at my house I was very disappointed in his performance his pricing also a year later I find out he did not remove the natural gas orifices and put propane orifices in the unit also the other unit that he installed was three and a half pounds low on freon he did not complete the project and left and said I was being too picky there was also a vent upstairs that was not properly exerting the air because he had the pipe vent almost half closed he had the unit set too far away from the outside of the house on one of them a major train wreck with this guy
