I am rejecting this response because:First of all I did not talk to any of his staff but him so how could I have been abusive with his staff then as you can see in the pic as soon as you open the door all you have to do is push the botton to open truckWhen I went to get me property from him he kept telling me "But I did not get in trunk" over and over was not till I drove to houston to get my car did I find out why when I saw my stereo and amps goneHe also said that him nor the action house were able to get in trunk but as u can see from the email from them they did take pics of the trunk and everything can get a copy to show if needed from them so there is another lie right thereHe kept blaming the auction house but he was the last one with my car before all my items were takenthere was other items taken too like a stream light flash light and all my money but I dont really care about that as much as the cross and stereo since the amp alone was They are nothing but thiefs they fig since it was going to the auction that I would not be getting it back and that I would not miss it I guessbut little did he know I did pay to get my car back but with out my property *** * ***

After review the information provided by the customer and speaking with the staff
0.1in 0.0001pt 0.25in; text-align: justify;">We received a call from the customer, *** explained that there is an administration fee of $50.00, we need the keys, she would have to show her driver's license and we need to set up an appointment for herShe was screaming saying we couldn't charge her for nothing, that she was going to call her attorney because this was against the lawThen she started crying and saying she knows it's her responsibility to per her car noteThen started screaming again about how she was going to call her attorneySo I transferred the call to my ***He explained that is our company policy and the customer got very abusive over the phone with himHe explained again and she stated that she was not paying nothing and started yelling againWe also explained that we will need the keys to the unit, which she at that time started yelling at us againWe also needed for her to bring her driver's license in so that we can verify that she is who she is on our paperwork from the clientShe explained that the car was hers but the items was someone else's items We tried to explained that we would help our out with anything but she was very rude and argumentative towards us about everythingShe then stated that she would contact her attorney and we told her to contact her attorneySo we told her that this call was endingWe then received this letter from your company about this customerAs of today, the customer has not called back for her items that we had to remove from her vehicle and store these items so that we can deliver this unit to the auction per the clientIf you have any other questions or concerns, please contact me at ***Thanks *** ***
