return to finish the photunia. I did return to trim some dead branches but apparently it has not been shaped to her standard. When I performed the work on January Mrs. Mauro repeatedly stated that she had no concerns over photinia and in fact she didn't care if they were done. I told her I had time to do it and it was a good idea since they were close to the Roof. We agreed to top them as low as possible and I did. As I mentioned I returned to remove some dead branches. I told her I could go back for more shaping Which there is not any more shaping to do as they haven't grown back. But I couldn't give her a time at the moment. I am not sure how to resolve this issue other than a partial refund.  and there is no scarring on her tree. All tree companies will leave trees with minor blemishes that go away after a few weeks.
