Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
the he only thing we asked to change was one cabinet and a bench
given the time and and amount of money charged us we shouldn't have waited
months for that change.ones the bus got to Austin the job was done in days and that
was starting all over againBecause of a very poor craftsmanship.
The "new" company that Doug is hiding behind had the bus for a month before they even
touched it and then told me it will take weeks to get done

I am rejecting this response because:
C.V.U is trying to put distance between them and 5150.the fact is that d[redacted] is a current "employee" of c.v.u or at least he shows up over there every day to work.my representative burt golding who is a 16 years sworn peach officer of the LAPD have seen him and talked to him at C.V.U location.when you google the address where c.v.u is located at 5150 shows up.so what ever deal c.v.u has with 5150 its probably mr b[redacted] hiding from his creditors.and theres lots of them as his background check shows.

Review: October 20th, 2014, we hired [redacted] to convert our Chevrolet Express 1500 van. [redacted] required we pay 100% parts and a portion of labor. For the remainder of October, there was no progress. [redacted] told us that one of the parts was on backorder. He didn't want to start the project until he got all the parts. In the second week of November, [redacted] started doing some work. On November 14th, [redacted] required a progress payment of $5,000. At this point, we had given [redacted] $20,000. Progress on the vehicle varied from week to week. Some weeks there was no progress and other weeks we saw very little. In addition to purchasing the initial parts, [redacted] sold us an alarm system ($1622.49), chrome grills, bumpers, and lane sensors ($1619.96). We paid 100% parts and 100% labor. When we started inquiring about the installation of the parts, [redacted] would make up an excuse for not installing them. After 6-months of delay, and absolutely no progress, we pulled the project. On April 20th, 2015, we informed [redacted] we were pulling the project. He asked to give him one week so he could reassemble the console and clean up the van. We returned on Monday, April 27th to find our van in the same exact condition. We told him we were taking the van. He refused to give it up and stated we had no legal right to take it. We called the police. After the police spoke to him, he reluctantly gave back our property. We had to tow the vehicle because he removed the original seats. We informed [redacted] we wanted our parts or give us a full refund. We also demanded our original parts, i.e., seats, console, side panels, etc. He wouldnt do it. [redacted] neglected and destroyed our property, and left it in worse condition. We cant complete our project because we have no parts or the money to purchase new ones.Desired Settlement: We want the parts we purchased or give us a full refund. We sent Doug documentation requesting the parts but he is ignoring our requests.
