My experience has been the Excruciating/horrific with Jon *** and RacingAlex ***, the customer service manager, has horrible communication skills, both externally with the customers, and even internally with his team and JonI ordered a Turbo kit, that normally takes 8-weeks, and got dragged to weeks before I finally got tired of waiting and getting all these bogus stories about how he does'n't know whats going on, just constantly making excusesI asked for a refund, and Jon has treated it like he's doing me a favor in REFUNDING me MY Money, to give a possible refund after a month which I still has received said fundsIf you do not provide the customer with a product, you need to give them their money back, and not drag them on and play gamesSuper unprofessional, have spoken to countless other people who mention same thing has happened to them, and they ended up having to file a dispute with the credit card company like I am having to do so nowJon will constantly ignore you, until you publicly threaten his company with the harsh TRUTH, on how he scams and conducts hi businessHe will make it seem like you're in the wrong, but really its him with his unprofessional business practicesIt people like him, are the reason why consumers are afraid to take their cars to regular mechanic shops or performance shops like such hereI DO NOT recommend anyone to go here, unless you want to be taken advantage off, harassed, and disrespected with unprofessional, work this is the place for you
