Review: I took my car in to get one thing fixed. He did multiple things to my car without my approval first and then gave me a price and I told him that was too much not to do no more and when I go there go pick it up the price was higher and he said he did more work to it after told not to. Which I should have not had to pay for. We discussed how I would pay him which was so much cash and the rest credit card. His name was Phil. He left me waiting around for it for an hour and then tells me only cash and would not give me my car. He took credit cards but would not take mine with no signs visible of having a limit on credit cards which was the reason he gave me on not taking mine. Not to mention after all that money my car still has problems and half my original stuff on my car that he had no business touching was not put back on. I bought him parts to put on my car and he used different parts instead of what I gave him to use. This man thought he could do what he wanted to my car without authorization just to jack up my bill. I think I should get at least half my money back. I would never go back there again. This man is a big time rip offDesired Settlement: I think I should be entitled to my money back because I am not satisfied and need to still take it to another mechanic after all that .

Review: I took my vehicle in for repair of a non-functioning headlamp. The garage indicated when I called about the car that I could pick up the car with a quote for services. When I went to pick up the car, the repair had already been made and I felt I was grossly overcharged. The charge was $585.00 and was discounted to $525.00 because the technician said it was my first time there. A new headlamp housing would have cost me only $132.00 online.Desired Settlement: Return $200 of the charges which I think is very reasonable since I was never given the opportunity of a quote. If a quote of even $300 was provided, I would have declined the service. I would have been agreeable to a charge of $50 to $75 for looking at the problem and providing a quote.
