My Customer brought in a suit with red wine stains on the suit pants and jacketUpon handling stains, customers are always informed that there are various factors that may or may not guarantee the removal of a stainThe length of time a stain has been sitting on any garment, the material type, and if its wine, whether or not it is artificial or notThis customer was uncertain of how long the stains had been present when he was askedWe also told him that there is the possibility that if multiple attempts are made at removing any stain, the garment could potentially be ruinedAfter processing the suit for the first time, it returned with the stain but lighterThe customer agreed to send it back for another try at removing the stain when it was offeredUnfortunately, the suit came back and still had its stainsThe customer was not satisfied, despite being told that there was a chance that the stains may not be completely goneIt is unde rstood that the suit is expensive and could not be cleaned like the customer desired, but we did all that we could and discussed it with the customerThe circumstances might not have been favorable to the customer, but we never intended on ruining the suitI understand that the customer wants to be reimbursed, but there was nothing more that could be done and he had been toldEverything that was done towards removal of the suit's stains was mentioned and agreed upon

We disclosed what could potentially happen with the wine stains on the suit, otherwise we would not have gone through with the process if it was denied by the customer. I explained to the customer the first time he brought the suit in and again for the second time when he brought the suit back for a Do-Over that there was a possibility the stain would not be fully removed. Joseph agreed twice. The stain was already spread throughout the suit. If we would have spotted a certain area of the suit, the wine would have spread out through the area, or even worse, cause the wine to drip down the fabric. We did our best multiple times to remove the stain, but unfortunately we were unable to fully remove the stain. We did remove most of the wine, not all, which is not the same as ruining something. It was minimized/improved. I understand why the customer is upset and wants some kind of compensation, but everything that was done was done with his approv al and acknowledgment of all actions taken on our behalf, despite his claim that he never game us permission.

directly by 52 Dry Cleaners Express but I am not sure it was in response to complaint ID [redacted] or to a post I posted on [redacted]!. My complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]The business demanded I present a sales slip to prove the suit was mine. I said that was ridiculous and that it didn't matter if the suit was mine because they ruined it and I have the ruined suit to prove it. They asked me to tell them what the suit was worth; I replied that I paid $1500 for it and that it was a designer suit from a designer who was no longer in business and thus irreplaceable. I also said I wasn't expecting the full amount and that they should make me an offer which never came. Thanks for your help, [redacted]

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by 52 Dry Cleaners Express regarding complaint ID [redacted]. My clothes are still lost and no reimbursement has been made to me. I also had prepaid for my clothing to be drycleaned and that payment has not been reimbursed either....

Review: Dropped off an expensive, vintage suit to be cleaned. Suit came back destroyed. The stain had run throughout the material. Contacted the shop one dozen times and asked the [redacted] to call me which he never has. Shop attendant will not give me [redacted]'s phone number. I simply want to be compensated for my destroyed garment and he has ignored me for over three months. The value of the suit is $1500.00, not an insignificant amount. Thanks for your quick attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: A suitable amount of compensation for goods damaged beyond repair.
