Review: Wednesday August 14th 2014 I call this place at 8:37pm 23 minutes before closing. I always order the same thing. Chicken Super Burrito for Pickup. I've lived across the street for 2 years and I'm a loyal customer. I always tip good, 20-30% on average... even on crappy service. No one's perfect. But I order a SUPER Burrito which is supposed to be huge with chunks of chicken and two people would have trouble eating it. I can only eat half. I was ordering it to split with my girlfriend. Anyways I go to pick up. Per usual pay like $10.59 on an $8.09 burrito giving the change as tip. One problem though... I get home and it's a kid's size burrito, like a happy meal burrito. It's very loose, light,and fluffy. I thought they gave me someone else's burrito. The chicken inside isn't chunks, it's shreds like leftover from the fajita and tostada bins. Because they were closed by the time I went back, I called back a few days later and spoke to the owner's daughter or niece who then passed me over to the owner. And she said she remembered me and would take my number name down first and last and that if I ordered another one at anytime that just to come in and they would know my name or to mention it and they would give me one at no cost. That was Friday night. So I called tonight with my phone at 8:30 pm standing across the street from the storefront. It says "OPEN" and it's lit up. I want to say that I live within almost spitting distance to this place. I can look out my living room window and see it. So I call, and the same lady, the owner just looks at the phone, and doesn't answer, as to look at the caller ID, seen it was me and decided not to answer. I had my girlfriend then call about 12 min later and she picked it up on the 2nd ring and once again we seen her view the caller ID. So this lady is playing games. I tried to resolve this issue with her independently. I'm Mexican too so I know how this works.Desired Settlement: I want a $20 gift certificate not written in anyone's name. This way I can have my girlfriend call and pick up the order and we don't have to worry about them spitting on our meal. You can tell, that's it's totally their style. They can mail it to the address I provided on this application.

First I would like to start off, The lady working that night was not the Owner. My name is [redacted] I am the Owner. After talking to my employee and investigating. my staff handle the sisuation the way there were taught. We been a family own business since 1969. we would never spit in anyone food. we tried to make the customer happy. but at the time he was yelling at my employee. we offer a new burrito and he said yes but never came by. I would like to send him a gift certificate of $10.00 the cost of a burrito.
