We are deeply sorry that the customer was not satisfied with the work completed. At this point, the dispute was already resolved as of 10/3/2017. Please see attachment to this; this is an email from the customer agreeing to pay $6,instead of $8,897.71, which is a $2,reduction
in her balance payment to compensate her for work that she still wanted done and inconveniences. Additionally, in order to stay compliant with the city building department, shortly after receiving her final payment, we wrote and sent a letter to the building department, informing them that we were unable to call for a final building inspection because they customer fired us from the job and we were unable to complete. The email attached will also clarify the customer's complaint on the installation and product thickness; the customer was asking us to install the product in a fashion that does NOT meet building code, which we cannot do, because we have to stay compliant with local building code. The work that was completed on the project meets and exceeds local building code and manufacture guidelines. In terms of timeliness, the customer's home is in the mountains and we faced delays with weather as well as with a local vendor, which are external factors. We are very sorry if this caused any inconveniences for the customer
