THE PERGOLA [ARBOR] INSTALLED BY OUTDOOR DESIGN IN JUNE, BLEW DOWN IN JANUARY, WHILE REMOVING THE REMAINDER FROM OUR HOUSE, WE DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE STEEL PLATES SUPPOSED TO ANCHOR THE STRUCTURE HAD NOT BEEN DRILLED THROUGH THE POST WAS NEVER ATTACHED TO THE ANCHOR
OUTDOOR DESIGN DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY WOULD NOT EVEN REIMBURSE US FOR HALF THE COST
