As noted in her service request form that is attached, We attempted service at the desired location "Service Address" A Hotel, which was more than willing to assist, informed me that the subject we were looking for was no longer staying at this hotel and gave me the forwarding address for the

Review: I hired 530 Process Servers to serve small claims court papers. I had to postpone the court date twice because they had not served the papers. They still have not served the papers. I requested a refund, but they refuse to return my money even though the service was not provided. They provided no proof they even attempted to find the person.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, as the service was not provided.

Any further communication from her is considered harassment as she has sent over 32 emails repeatedly calling names and not able to form complete sentences. I am rejecting this response because: my name is [redacted], not [redacted]. Also, the business just told me this last week. He has had this order since May. It is now July. I had to postpone the court date twice because he wasn't doing anything. He knew she wasn't at the hotel because I told him. I just told him that was the last place I knew where she was. She has been on facebook, but they don't even check that, nor her driver's license number. This business has done nothing to find this person. Also, Oroville is 1/2 hour away from Chico. I paid for this business to SERVE this person, which has yet to be done. The business NEVER contacted me throughout this process. I always had to contact him for status. For all I know, he has actually done nothing, but take my money. There is no proof that any work was done.
