53rd Avenue Storage Units

Review: I moved in Oct0ber 26, 2013, and moved out August 16,2014. During the time there I had no complaints, but since moving out and trying to get my deposit and 1/2 month's rent back, I've only had the run around from 53rd Ave Storage Units LLC.After cleaning out my storage unit on August 16th, I called August 18th to inform them that my unit was now empty and clean. I spoke to a man, and he asked me to give them positive feedback, I agreed and told him I was happy with their services. The Storage unit Manager called me back and told me she was out of town, that would send a check refunding the money owed. I waited 3-4 weeks for the check to come, this was the beginning of September 2014. When the check never came, I called again (now the middle of September). I was told the check would be sent in a few days, that her Mother was ill. Still no check. I called again the 1st week of October 2014. I was then informed that she had accidentally shredded my address and needed it again. I gave her my address. As of October 30th, 2014 I still had not received a check, and called again. An auto answer picked up, and said voice mail had not been set up. I then called Revdex.com, and with in 3 minutes of hanging up with Revdex.com, the storage unit's Manager called me, stating she would have a check in the mail Friday October 31st, 2014. It is now November 7th, 2014, and I still have yet to receive a check for the money owed. I'm asking for my $20 dollar deposit, half a month's rent ($93.00/mo divided = $49.60) Totaling $69.60 that is owed. Plus an additional $30.40 for the inconvenience of the constant run around and frustration of needing to re-budget my already very small social security income.Desired Settlement: I want money owed to me, plus a extra for the inconvenience of the run around she has given me.
