I live in a side by side and asked for a quote for both mine and my neighbors side...but specifically mentioned to deliver the quote to me and keep my neighbor out of itWell the quote went to the neighbor and it only included half the information requestedAfter a number of phone calls I finally got the amount straightened out...or so I thoughtPutting down the deposit they could not even find my quote and when they did the amount was more than I expected by how they wrote it upAfter talking to my husband to decide whether we would go ahead with this...I could not get a hold of them againLeft messages and called for a week and got nothing in returnI suggest...spend the extra money and go to a business that treats you and your money with respect!
We had 547 Renovations replace our eaves and fascia. They came out to do an estimate within a couple days of our making contact and gave us a great price. When the crew arrived, they introduced themselves and got down to business, got done quickly and left no mess behind. We had a particularly tricky area at the back of the house and weren't sure how they would make it work but it turned out beautifully. We are very happy with the service and quality of the work done and would recommend 547 Renovations to our friends.

We had 547 replace our shingles and fit up our house with aluminum soffits, facia and eaves-trough. Our experience with both groups of workers was superb and we are highly recommending them to our friends, neighbors and relatives. They showed up when they were expected and performed their work in a professional and efficient manner. The shingling team did their work while we were away and re-roofed our home and garage (approx. 1800 Sq. Ft.) in about a half a day. Our neighbors were impressed with their speed and they cleaned up afterwards so well that we did not notice any debris. The soffit/facia/eavestrough team finished most of their work in one day with two members returning the next day to put on the finishing touches. All of the workers were personal and friendly while they worked.
Both jobs were professional in appearance and have significantly improved the looks of our house. We would definitely use them again if we ever need this kind of work done again!
This company is amazing to work with. Very friendly, courteous, hard working office and field personal. All questions were answered and phone calls returned. They were in and out and cleaned up the work site on the same 30+ degree day. I would strongly recommend this roofing company to anyone and would not hesitate to use their friendly, professional services again. Five homes on our street have used this company and that says a lot. I am not writing this review because of the great competitive quote/price for our difficult roofing job but because I truly believe/know the above.
They were next door fixing my neighbour's roof after the recent wind storm. I called the office to see if they could check my roof while they were next door. Office did not return my initial call, staff seemed confused and disorganized. They wanted $150 in advance to check my roof, while they were next door! Aren't quotes usually free of charge? Would not recommend them, won't be calling them again.
