In Regards to Revdex.com Complaint on 7/12/2017: I have interviewed both managers on duty One spoke with the complainant, and the other was unavailable based on extremely high volume at the time of the guest’s request to speak with him I’ve also interviewed the server who attended to their party My conclusions are based on their statements, information I received from our computer archives, and our liaison with the Florissant Police Department The manager was apologetic throughout the visit, even though the food was prepared exactly as described on the menu He and the server provided extra sauce for their pastas, as requested, at no charge Per our computer system, the sauce was prepared in minutes and seconds, for which the manager also apologized It was likely a 5-minute delay between the request for sauce and delivery, not the 15-minutes described in the complaint He offered a complimentary dessert for the delay, and the guests refused More than half of their entrees had been eaten when they informed the manager that they did not want to pay for anything at all They requested to speak with the General Manager, who was currently working in the kitchen during a busy dinner It was not possible for him to tend to the table, and based on the information I have received, it was not necessary At this point, they became verbally abusive to management and employees, using profanity that our other guests and staff should not have to tolerate Our managers ended up calling the police to help facilitate payment Police officers were prepared to arrest the guests for theft because they could see that more than half of their food had been eaten They eventually paid for their meals As far as the horrible email response, I feel that based on the actions of their party we should accept their recommendation of not returning to 54th Street It was respectful in tone and verbiage, but concise and to the point A copy of the email thread can be provided, as can any other documentation requested from the Revdex.com We respectfully disagree with the complainant’s desired settlement of a refund Sincerely, [redacted] Area Director

server who attended to their party. My conclusions are based on their statements, information I received from our computer archives, and our liaison with the Florissant Police Department. The manager was apologetic throughout the visit, even though the food was prepared exactly as described on the menu. He and the server provided extra sauce for their pastas, as requested, at no charge. Per our computer system, the sauce was prepared in 4 minutes and 43 seconds, for which the manager also apologized. It was likely a 5-6 minute delay between the request for sauce and delivery, not the 15-30 minutes described in the complaint. He offered a complimentary dessert for the delay, and the guests refused. More than half of their entrees had been eaten when they informed the manager that they did not want to pay for anything at all. They requested to speak with the General Manager, who was currently working in the kitchen during a busy dinner. It was not possible for him to tend to the table, and based on the information I have received, it was not necessary. At this point, they became verbally abusive to management and employees, using profanity that our other guests and staff should not have to tolerate. Our managers ended up calling the police to help facilitate payment. Police officers were prepared to arrest the guests for theft because they could see that more than half of their food had been eaten. They eventually paid for their meals. As far as the horrible email response, I feel that based on the actions of their party we should accept their recommendation of not returning to 54th Street. It was respectful in tone and verbiage, but concise and to the point. A copy of the email thread can be provided, as can any other documentation requested from the Revdex.com. We respectfully disagree with the complainant’s desired settlement of a refund. Sincerely, [redacted] Area Director
