Review: Missing faucet piece to installed water heater, wold not return calls and now it leaking and they do not return calls.
The replaced our water heater and we found that the release faucet handle was missing. We called them several times leaving detailed messages and they never responded. This morning the heater is now leaking from above on a 2 year old water heater I again called them and no one returned my call. Will have to pay someone else to repair the faulty water heater they installed.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for any additional out of pocket costs to repair the new water heater.

He didn't find us on his own. We were contracted through his home warranty company. They need to re-connect with their home warranty company so we can be contract to do further work.
