A very bad experience The installer *** had absolutely NO respect for other peoples property He removed our old parquet flooring with a jack hammer and left thousands of 2-inch deep holes in the concrete slab floor Abraham came by to check it after I complained, but he said it was normal *** the installer just filled the holes with glue and covered it with the new flooring We just painted the entire downstairs and when they finished their work we had to repaint it again, grime marks and glue all over the walls, doors, door handles, terrazzo tile entry, front porch, driveway, and cabinetry *** the installer replaced the carpet on our stairway with hardwood They threw the entire stairway out of building code regulations, along with the existing bannister The first step is now 1/inches higher than the code allows, and it's not level The small amount of molding that I allowed them to install was absolutely horrible The whole job was absolutely some of the worst craftsmanship I've ever seen I asked them to fix some things, but they just made it worse
*** the installer packed my bushes with cigarette butts and empty packages of Marlboros, no respect
