Review: I am living in an apartment building where I am paying for parking and unable to park. We were told we would receive a parking spot within 2 weeks of moving it, and it has been almost 2 months. We then parked in a "Dentist Only" parking spot where it states that we have to move the car by 7am.. when we came out at 9am the car had been towed. When I expressed our frustration to the manager, Nicole, she basically told us that "there was nothing that she could do". We asked if since, on multiple occasions, we have been unable to park in the parking garage that we are paying for, that we not have to pay for parking. She declined. Now I have to pay for a cab to get to the towing place, pay to get my car out of the towing, and I am late to work. I understand that I did park in a spot that I should not have, but their solution was that I park in a handicap spot. Is that not illegal? I do not feel comfortable parking my car in a handicap spot.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay for parking until I am guaranteed a parking spot.
