I was asked to provide service for the residents of the Arabian Villa Mobile Home Park by a representative of the management. I offered my service at 1/3 the price, knowing that the residents are on a fixed income. I was asked to clean the...

debris from the accessible rain gutters and downspouts, using a minimal amount of water. I provided this service to many residents in the park.
I was approached by Ms. [redacted]'s daughter and son-in-law in an aggressive manner stating that the mother-in-law was not happy. I listened to their complaint and apologized. I promptly went back to Ms. [redacted]'s home and re-flushed the accessible gutters. I also offered to refund her $30, which her daughter and son-in-law refused.
I have had many compliments from other residents in the park, many even adding on services.
At this time, I offer again to refund the $30 and put this matter to rest.
