I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Yes I was sold a vehicle "as is." I bought the jeep "as is" with an illegal inspection sticker, therefore being falsely representedAlso, waiting days for the title was a clear breach of contract from * *** * *** and Auto AuctionBecause I maintained direct contact every week, I trusted that the title was on it's wayTherefore I continued to invest in repairs until I presumably received the titleThe Jeep has still not been able to pass inspection as of 11/30/ I am full time elementary school teacher and rely on my phone to be a constant means of email, texting and phone calls from parentsI have always been reachable and have returned any correspondence promptly I would like to file a complaint with * *** * *** *** as well Not only are they illegally representing vehicles, they're are holding the title past it's contractual dateIn know way was I going to return the Jeep after then investing nearly $into it, like *** and *** asked me too.
Regards,
