Good afternoon, I placed a order [redacted] 2015, order [redacted] The order was charged to my bank account but product never came. I was told that they would check into the order and call me back to ship asap. Ordered three shirts from this company on November 12, 2014. Have not received but was billed. Tried contacting with no luckBack on November 12, 2014 I ordered three Sons of Anarchy shirts. With in a week they were selected as shipped on the website but never received any conformation emails. My account was billed for the full amount. Its now a month later and I still have yet to receive items. I have tried contacting them via phone and left messages yet no response. I either want my items or my money refunded.Desired Settlement I either want my items or my money refunded.Final Consumer Response Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:I received the package on December 24th. It was in a card board type envelope and the package was all wet. There was 3 t shirts as ordered in the envelope. The one shirt had something all over the front of it and the other 2 were the wrong size. I will be sending them all back for a full refund. I am unsure if they will cooperate because of the fact they have very shady customer service.

I received email confirmation that they received my order. I have not received any other emails. I got on the website to check my order and it shows order status: shipped. That has been over two weeks ago and I have not received my hoodie sweatshirts. I have emailed the company and not received a reply. I have called numerous times, I always get a voicemail. I have left numerous messages and they have not returned my call. Desired SettlementI want the hoodie sweatshirts. If they would call me with a tracking number or let me know where the package is and when I can expect it. I ordered these for a Christmas present. If they aren't going to get them to me, I will cancel the order and go elsewhere to find something else.
