Easter Air was hired to replace the duct work in our house in Feb. of 2012. They were aware that insulation was being put in after his work. (It is written on his work order he gave us.) After insulation was put in, the insulation company called Easter Air and told them to come and extend the air intake to the furnace as it was under the insulation. Insulation could enter the house. Easter Air came and left and told us that it did not need to be extended. Insulation did enter the house and our house was contaminated by fiberglass to an extreme level. An environmental agency came and tested the house. (Precision Environmental Services). We called Easter Air several times for the owner to address the situation. We were told several times that they would come but they never did. We have had a major job and cost of identifying the source of contamination, fixing the problem, and clean up. Clothes, bedding, and all other cloth items has had to be replaced. The cost is several thousands of dollars. And on top of this my mom is on hospice and we had to vacate the house. The cost of moving her has been an added burden.
