I placed a order last year (almost a year to date) the order was for $267.00 and I never received it.
Sent emails. Called and even sent a letter. I'm pretty sure they where out of business when I made the order and they still scammed me out of my money.

I placed an order 11/16/2020 and have yet to receive it. Attempts to email, call, message have all been ignored. I either want my order or a refund. I'm a fairly patient person but waiting for this long and having communication attempts being ignored is unacceptable. I really hate to leave bad reviews.

Ordered an Airborne graduation photo back in September but I have not recieved anything from them. The website says photos take 2-3 wks, so I called but the listed number does not work nor is there an email to contact them. Not sure whats going on but I would like to have my order or money back.

I ordered a shirt a couple of months ago. Nothing...called for a status and was told they would get back to me. After hearing nothing I called again and the number doesn’t work anymore. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I have received the new frame and it is in good condition. I am mailing a copy of all the emails to [redacted] personally. I hope he receives this and reads through it all and realizes that this didn't need to happen if his staff had taken care of my issue a month ago. it is truly sad it came to this for a replacement. we did send a email to [redacted] telling her this was going to happen and she did not respond. I really feel that this situation was severely mishandled.
