I have read the response given to you by 5k Auto; and I would like to respond by telling you that 5k has not been truthful in their responseAll the documents needed were supplied to 5k at time signed contract of purchase5k auto has my address and two phone contact numbers5k never delivered said vehicle at agreed time and anytime afterI have proven that with the judgement of the courtsIf it were true about the license; than that just proves how illegally they run their business when they sign contracts without photo ID.(as they untrue fully said).When I purchased vehicle I did not pay my deposit in installments; so I would like my money paid in fullI gave them 30days to pay the first installment and they didn't payIt is oblivious to me that they have no intentions of paying me any money an installments or otherwisePlease place this complaint in full context on your site; that more consumers don't fall in the same trapSincerely, [redacted]

the next thing we received a small claims notice. He wanted the car the next day after coming in the previous night and it doesn't work that way. We did agree to make payments of $60 for 10 month or until we were able to pay off the balance in full. That is the best we can do at this time as business is and has been slow through the summer. He has refused. We are willing to make the payments as we originally offered.

I am rejecting what 5K Auto is claiming because I was first misled of the sale price of the vehicle. Secondly I tried to return the vehicle and Christopher Bishop was in [redacted] and his business partner his brother was told by Chris not to take the car back from me or to process my refund that when he returned home in one week he would return my deposit and take back the car. He instructed me to drive the car as my own until he returned and that he would handle it. When Mr Bishop returned he took back the car cancelled the bank loan and returned $1210.00 which still leaves a balance owed to me of $290.00. He stated he kept it because he could of sold the car I stated I returned the car the day after purchase and you instructed me to keep it for a week. It became an irate situation so I decided to seek help outside the situation.
