The consumer did do a charge back on his credit card.

[Had to contact my cc company for a charge back because they did not respond to any of the 4 emails or any of the  messages I left on their website. Also they hung up on me the one time I managed to get thru to them and explained why I...

was calling. Subsequently their voicemail is always full and I can't leave a message. Credit card company told me that they had to prove they shipped the item ordered and hence the chargeback would be reversed. Company made no attempt to ship me my ordered item nor responded to my credit card company. Have been watching their [redacted] page and many other people are in the same boat. Hard to believe this was an isolated situation. Company is just using my chargeback as an excuse. They r not telling u why I called my credit card company and that they did not respond to the cc company about proof of delivery.]
