Review: I've been playing Clash of the Dragons a card game which is one online title by 5th Planet Games for about 2 years & over that time spent around $ 1,500 on in game content. They claimed the game needed to be re-launched for survivability & to re-balance the system they let get out of had. While that alone isn't such a bad thing, the problem was how they decided to compensate their long term supporters. In this re-booted system all the "old" contend was relegated to a "Legacy System" & all the "new" content is now under a "Standard System" which has nothing to do with the "old' system & essentially made all of my cards worthless in terms of game play.According to this interview http://venturebeat.com/2013/03/14/whales-and-why-social-gamers-are-just-gamers/2...⇄ the amount of revenue this company was generating wasn't a small sum for such a tiny outfit. The merger amount of a new type of in game currency I received which is used to craft cards totaled 39,021 which is a bit shy of making 4 of their best trier of cards of which I currently own 225 not including the rest. There is a conversion rate of 1/10 the value you receive when the content switches every 6-9 months of which a tiny fraction was given to us vets based on the amount of cards you had & how hard they were to obtain, but the mystery formula was never disclosed.I was so upset that I immediately started asking what the deal was in chat. I found quite a lot of other outraged veteran who also felt cheated out of their hard earned money & time spent. After coming across so many other players who felt outright robbed like myself I decided to post a thread in the community forums as suggested calling for a reconsideration. The purpose was to share your feelings & for people to suggest fair solutions to this grievous issue. To date every post has been removed by the developers. It was brought to my attention that some the words I used needed to be changed as they might be a violation by another player so I did, but they still take it down.Desired Settlement: All I want is a fare conversion rate for what I & everyone else spent. Something that says thank you for all of our support, we value your time & money. Receiving about $15-20 dollars worth of the new content after spending $1,500 is a slap in the face, but I really feel sorry for those that made what I spent over 2 years seem small.
