Review: I purchased a product from [redacted] and it was not shipped to me after they had billed myself. After waiting 2 months for the shipment I decided to try to collect a refund and was told the collection was beyond a 45 day limit to receive a refund. This shipment had a 2 month delivery date that was already beyond the 45 day refund limit. I should have been prohibited from the purchase, being longer than their 45 days policy.Desired Settlement: To be refunded and a warning about the seller not providing the product to other unsuspecting buyers.

Review: I bought a Kindle via [redacted] (I have a receipt) but when it came to registering it I found out (by calling [redacted]) that it had been flagged as "Lost or Stolen". I jumped through the hoops that [redacted] required but in the end they basically told me "Buyer Beware", needless to say I am done with [redacted]. I told [redacted] that what they were doing was serving as a broker for stolen products and that I was very unhappy and disappointed that they refused to make it right. I got stuck with a brand new Kindle that cost me 189.99 that cannot be used. [redacted] has been informed of this problem and that the item was stolen but refused to do anything about it. They are making a literal fortune on selling products that are stolen. There are steps they could take to prevent such things but the bottom line is that it would effect their bottom line.Desired Settlement: I expect [redacted] to make an exception to their return policy and allow me to send them the Kindle for a full refund. They are party to a criminal act.

Review: the product said rhat they was shipping a xbox one and send me a email that they was shipping it.on they bottom of the page it said that it was for a guide but it did not said guide only.and they said that it was a varietal item and they close the case.I put in for a appeal.I think the ad was deceiving and I deserve a refund if I can not get my product.and I get said that the seller should ship my productDesired Settlement: refund
