On 3-24-2015 [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from us. We
had an approval from the company that she was approved. She put on application
for loan that she made $1500 a month on one job and made $1500 a month on a
second part-time job. She also stated she got some child support. The...
finance
company approved her on these figures. She could prove the $1500 a month on
first job with pay stubs but could not prove the second $1500 a month. We
called her on several times and she stated that her payroll department had her
request but taking their time. About a week later she emailed us a w-2 form
from this job for the year 2014 that she made $270 total. Finally a week or more later she faxed paystubs and we gave
them to finance company even though they only showed about $250 a month hoping
the finance company would accept the lesser amount. The finance company did not except less amount and told us
they made this loan on original figures and would not make the loan.We did call several times and got no response. We left
several emails trying to get her to call us. We are sorry that it all happened
this way but she wasn’t returning calls. When she made it to the office 2 days after we picked up the

Review: I signed the contract for the purchase of a [redacted] on March 23, 2015. I gave 60 West Auto a check for $3000 as a down payment after the contract was signed by myself and the dealership/seller. I was given the date of May 5, 2015 as my first payment due. The dealership/seller had made the request of more copies of paycheck stubs due to the fact that he had misplaced the first set I gave him that were sent in with the loan application. Actually, the loan application was accepted by one of the lenders they work with before pay stubs from one of my jobs were submitted. Upon the request of the seller, I obtained pay stubs from HR, pay is directly deposited, therefore I didn't have pay stubs at the time. The seller also requested a copy of electric bill, water bill, something to prove my residency. I faxed copy of pay stub one week after I signed the contract. I didnt hear back from seller, so I assume they had recieved fax and didnt need anymore information. Two to three days later I recieved email stating they needed pay stubs to submit with contract to lender. I immdeiately went and made copies of ALL information again and hand delievered it to dealership. Several days passed as did Easter weekend and I never heard about anymore request. The dealership/seller cashed my deposit on April 6, 2015. On April 11, 2015 I recieved an email stating there was a problem with the contract and the lender. I didnt see the email until Monday April 13, 2015. On Monday April 13- Tuesday April 14 (action taken close to or after midnight) the car I purchased was taken from my driveway without my knowledge, while I was sleeping. The next day I got no explaination from dealership/seller. I still have the keys to the car taken. All of my belongings, including confidential work items, were taken in the car. I am currently fighting to get my belongings, an explaination, and my down payment. They arent being truthful about the location of the car and the fact that they cashed my down payment check.Desired Settlement: This dealership preys on the downed luck of honest people trying to just live. I am a single mother of 2 who works two jobs. I want my down payment returned and I dont want this place to ever have the opportunity to take advantage of anyone else. I singed all the paperwork, had a temp registration in my name, was never given the common courtesy of a phone call if they had intentions of taking the car from my home. If the contract wasnt settled why did they cash my down payment? Please help me!

Review: I purchase a [redacted] from 60 west auto on April 12, 2014 after driving 30 miles with the car (going home on 60 east). I smelled something, I called to the dealership and got NO answer. I then went to a local garage and was inform that the clutch was bad/ slipping. I then went onto the web page for 60 west auto and inform the owner [redacted](CFO)what the machanic at the garage had told me about the clutch. After speaking with [redacted] I return the car for repairs on April 16, 2014 and was giving a rental. I got the [redacted] back on April 29, 2014 and I test drove the car went back to the dealership and told [redacted] and the other dealer that the car still rides the sane and the other guy said [redacted] will here tomorrow. I ask where was the paper work for the repairs and NO papers were given it was stated that [redacted] had the papers on him. I took the car to [redacted] on May 2, 2014 and found out the car was never repaired by the report that was given to me. I called [redacted] back several times and I finally spoke with him today May 2, 2014 and He stated He repaired the car and got paper work that states he did work to the car and whom ever looked at my car is pulling my leg. To repair the clutch is a $2000.00 job.Desired Settlement: I would like for the clutch to be replaced with a certified [redacted] clutch or let me get it fixed by a certified shop that specialize in [redacted].Also I feel 60 west should pay the bill, because its still under warranty.
