I am responding to your letter and complaint referenced aboveThe former tenant did call me upon receiving his partial security deposit returnedI did explain to him in accordance with cleaning list we provided to him with lease renewal package, the cleaning charges could have been significantly
higher, but the fees were fair, they were warranted and they would not be adjustedHe then said he had pictures, he cleaned everything and he would take me to small claims courtI told him I would see him in courtThen we got a *** review and *** review from this former tenant saying basically "our company was scam artist taken his security deposit and the manager Dan was a piece of crap" that we ignored, followed by thisYou can imagine with over apartments we manage we occasionally get a disgruntle residentWhat I mention is that this former tenant wrote in his move-out notice "Thank you for taken such good care of the property"With this formers tenant malicious attempt to ruin our name I would not be looking to consider any concession in his balanceRespectfully, -Dan- Daniel F- Property Supervisor

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I will continue to go to social media and the news media with my issues. An attorney is too much money to fight over $200, which is why this business does what they do. I have another former tenant who had the same issue. The business claimed concession, but it isn't concession when they stole money.
