Review: I purchased a 2006 jeep grand Cherokee on 9/*/2014 I had requested certain things on the vehicle be taken care of before I take delivery of the vehicle. These things being new brakes and rotors and that the airbag light and check engine light be fixed as well. I was then told I could pick the vehicle up that Friday 9/**/2014. When I arrived I was told the vehicle was not ready that they had to order a part that would be there by Wednesday 9/**/2014 and I could pick up the vehicle the next day Thursday 9/**/2014. So I called Thursday at around 3:15 pm to find out what was going on. Just to find out that the part hadn't come in and that they would call to find out where the part was and would call me back in 20 minutes. An hour goes by and no call back, so I call them to find out that [redacted] the person that was suppose to get back to me had left. I was told to hold when suddenly I was disconnected. It has been almost 2 weeks I will be making my first payment before I receive the car.Desired Settlement: To get this vehicle ASAP since I am paying for it. If not then a full refund

I bought a car from the dealer, no sales pressure and they fixed all small loose end I ask for before receiving the vehicle
Review: I purchased a 2008 Jeep Patriot in September 2014 from this dealer. Approximately a week later, I took the Jeep into a [redacted] to have the brakes checked because they kept squealing. I was told that the brakes were new, but weren't the recommended type of brakes for the Jeep which was causing the noise when the brakes were used. I was also told that the rear diff axle seal was leaking. I was given documentation about this issue and I brought it up to the dealership and told them that I wanted this issue looked at and fixed. Sherri made a copy of the document, and told me to call the service department so that I could schedule an appt to bring the Jeep in for them to look at and fix. I called several times over a 4 week period, but never received a call back when I left a message. When I spoke to Sherri about this, she told me that they were very busy but would get back to me. It is now almost 10 months later and the problem isn't fixed. To add insult to injury, I had to take the Jeep in to another dealership and they gave me a list of repairs that needed to be done......a list totaling approx 7K. I was told by Sherri when I purchased the car, that I had to purchase the extended warranty or the finance company would not finance me. I needed a car, so I bought the warranty which was worked into my loan. This "wonderful" extended warranty is only covering around 1K of the repairs that are needed. I have about 7K miles left on my warranty, and I was told by many mechanics that the issues with the car were there before I even bought the car.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to make this right by fixing the initial issue that was brought to their attention.

Please advise customer to call to make an appointment with our new Service Manager Humberto to address issues with car at her convenience.
Review: prior to receiving the vehicle. When I took the test drive, the salesperson informed me, when I mentioned the brakes were spongy - that they would put brand new brakes into the vehicle and the entire vehicle would be serviced. In the first 2 weeks of having the car, the brakes are now not working correctly, extremely spongy and the brake light has turned on, on the vehicle. The break lights are not working at all - the first time I drove it at night, I got pulled over because of the brake lights not working. Also the driver tail light has gone out. Unacceptable and a straight up lie by the salesperson.Desired Settlement: I'd like the vehicle to receive the new brakes as promised, as well as the car needing to be up to code for the [redacted] If not, I would like a full refund including the money it cost to register this vehicle.

We were; and remain more than willing to address any issues [redacted] had with his vehicle. After becoming aware that [redacted] utilized social media to make a complaint, our [redacted] called [redacted] to determine what the issue was and inform him that we were willing to have him come to our shop to have issues repaired. As [redacted] did not reach [redacted] directly, he left a message on his answering machine informing him of same. [redacted] chose to take his vehicle elsewhere for repair; which we did not know until receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com.

Just as it took 613 automotive and extended period of time to respond to any of these issues. So too did I not receive any phone calls from the dealership till after I had to service the vehicle. I left 3 messages, as I stated earlier in this complaint and used the internet contact form to reach out. As anyone who has ever driven a car - a vehicle with faulty brakes should not be driven at all and most definitely not 40 minutes on rural mountain roads to the dealership. I had no option but to repair the vehicle that the dealership failed to care for. Especially since it is a work vehicle and I had to use the vehicle to bring livestock to the farm. Additionally this company is an absolute disgrace trying to sell me a faulty vehicle in addition to the fact that I purchased a warranty on the vehicle, yet they have not even sent me any warranty information. I still expect reimbursement and my warranty information to be sent to me.

The customer service that I received exceeded my expectations. [redacted] and the other members of team who assisted me were phenomenal. I sincerely appreciate how [redacted] stayed in contact with me from start to finish. You guys are top notch and I would be honored to refer your business to all I know.
I had a very pleasant experience getting my car from 613 Automotive. The salespeople were helpful, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a used car in good, clean condition.
Review: I bought a used car and with in two days I had to put work into it . I payed $ 6,913.50 and I had to get new parts for the car that cost me 1,161.37. And now the transmission is messed up and not working rightDesired Settlement: I would like to get my money back for the car plus repairs.

Good Afternoon, My name is Chris and I am the sales manager for 613 Automotive Group INC. I am responding to the complaint from [redacted] and the 2007 Chevrolet Express ls 1500 she purchased on 1/**/2016. The first time [redacted] informed us of any issues with the vehicle was on 2/**/2016. The vehicle was purchased with 144,090 miles. In NY State the rules that are applied for warranties on vehicles is state law and any vehicle over 100,000 miles officially their is no warranty as per NY State DMV as well as the NY state attorney generals office. Also any vehicle over 100,000 miles is not covered under the NY State lemon law. With that said we did offer [redacted] to have the vehicle towed by us to a location we use to repair any transmission needing repairs. We also offered to cover half of the expense of the repairs. The complaint is that the transmission is slipping our cost to have the transmission rebuilt with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty is approximately $2000.00. [redacted] contacted us again on 2/**/2016 and her opinion was we should pay for all of it. Seeing that as per NY State law we are not required to pay anything or cover anything us being willing to cover half of the expenses as well as the cost of the tow should be more than generous but she declined our offer and contacted you. We have all the necessary documentation to prove the vehicle was sold with no warranty based on the mileage and the customer signed this paperwork knowing they were purchasing the vehicle as is. We also offered the customer a aftermarket purchase-able warranty that they declined at the time of the sale also.

That is not true the car was sold to me with 143,885 and there was never a warranty offered to me. There is a paper for warrantys but nothing was checked off and was I asked if I wanted and any. 'Also if there was any problem with the car I would not have bought it. I asked iF it was in good condition and the sales person said yes. I also tried to reach this business by phone before the [redacted] of Feb and no one answered. By then I had to have brakes and others parts for brakes to be fixed and after things where fixed and payed for I finally got a hold of the business and I asked to speak to the person that sold me the car and there reply was he's not in and he'll call you back . He never called back. Chris is saying that they will pay half but I've already put more then $ 1,161.37 in for parts to go to brakes, Rotors, Tie Rods inner and outer, also the U-joint at the transmission and also the Hub Assy w/ sensor so I think it's far the they fix the transmission . The $ 2,000.00 dollars is only a quote It could be more took the car to a transmission place and the price to rebuild the transmission is $3,000.00. I don't have any extra money to put into the car because I already put that much into it . Thanks order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

As I explained before the NY State Attorney generals office is who says which used vehicles sold has or does not have a warranty applied to it. These warranty infos are available to anyone they can simply google NY Attorney Generals rules and regulations for warranties on used vehicles. Once again these are not our rules we are governed by NY State and follow all rules and regulations applied to us. We have done everything necessary to the letter of the law. We tried helping [redacted] they refused the help we offered and we have advised her to take her issue up with the NY State Attorney Generals office. The vehicle purchased had in excess of 100,000 miles as per NY State law the vehicle has no warranty is also not covered under any lemon laws.
This business should be shut down by one governmental agency or another. They totally scam innocent consumers, especially women. My daughter bought a pick up truck from them last May or June. The check engine light came on right after she signed, while still on their premises. They just cleared the code and took the vehicle to get inspected. So, when she picked up the truck, before she even got home, the check engine light came back on, and she had to bring the truck back to 613. It took 613 approximately 2 to 3 months to allegedly correct whatever that issue was (allegedly it needed a new computer) before she was finally told she could come get the truck. 613 apparently had no problem driving the truck around after fixing it because there were a few thousand more miles on the truck when she got it back that were put on during the two months it took them to fix it. Once the poor kid finally got the truck back, she only drove this piece [redacted]! for two, maybe three weeks (she put less than 1,000 miles on it) when the truck stopped suddenly cut off and was undriveable. 613 wanted her to pay to have it towed from outside Goshen to Ellenville which would have cost several hundred dollars. Instead she had a friend of their's who is a certified Ford truck mechanic, trailer it to his shop and give her his honest opinion of what was wrong. When he looked at the truck to diagnose the problem, he determined the truck had MAJOR issues. He contacted 613 told them what was wrong (THE TRUCK NEEDS A NEW ENGINE) and 613 finally (after making him wait 4 to 6 weeks) came & picked up the truck from him. At this point, my daughter is paying a $5,000 truck loan, on top of the $1,000 cash she put down and the six truck payments she has made, and 613 has the audacity to tell my daughter they won't pay for an engine to make the truck they sold to her a working vehicle. Basically, the ONLY option 613 gave her was if she wants the truck to work, she has to pay $1,800 for this new engine and they'll put it in. This poor kid and her husband, who have 3 young kids and don't have a pot to [redacted] in, have been making truck payments on a vehicle she only drove for 2 to 3 weeks for SIX MONTHS. 613 knew, or should have known, the truck had major issues when they acquired the vehicle. They have a service department and employ at least one full-time mechanic. These creeps at 613 won't return telephone calls. The owner won't speak with her because she is a female and due to his beliefs, he doesn't want to do business with a woman. Well, he had no problem taking her money. She's been trying to resolve this situation for months now without success. I've tried to call for her and have gotten the same treatment. The owner won't get on the phone and he never returns any messages. There is much more that goes along with this situation; to wit: fraudulent state inspections, but I can't get into it here.
