This company was hired to open our pool and only open our pool. They came out several times after the initial opening without our knowledge and sent us a bill after the fact. We did not agree to any service beyond the pool being opened! They did not have our permission to do any service beyond the opening of the pool ! The notes on the reports sent via email would state follow up care needed however we assumed it was part of the opening of the pool. When we contacted the company and disputed the charges, the owner agreed to drop a few “follow up” cleaning but left several more! Our bill is currently about $600 to open a pool which is outrageous. They are taking advantage of very fair customers! We would be happy to pay the amount for the two visits agreed upon to open the pool, but the additional visits that we did not agree or know about until after the fact is unjust. They have sent our account to a lawyer for collections and we are ready to go to court if we cannot meet a common ground. Again we are fair people but will not be taken advantage of. You cannot perform a service and expect payment without consulting the customer and getting permission.

He asked us to comeback and clean the pool. We came back many times to get the pool clear, and we emailed them in advance for EVERY VISIT, prior to coming for service. Even though we came many times, we did not charge them any labor costs. They ignored our emails, calls and letters for 3-months, trying to collect on their invoices They did not pay what was due, they paid NOTHING, and offered to pay nothing! It wasn't until our lawyers contacted them that they pretended like they would pay for what they asked, again they paid nothing still.

They have left a negative review on google and we will be taking legal action against them for the written libel against us, that is simply not true.
They received over $1000 in service/chemicals to get their pool swimable, and though the invoice is just over $500, they are still trying to skip out. Most people who genuinely have an issue with an invoice, contact us right away. Instead they dodged us for 3 months! Not honest people and we are taking legal action against them.
