The customer came back the next day to return the lgkfor no defect reasonsUnder Metro pcs promise and store policy we approved the refund except the customer had exceeded the amount of minutes used on the phone by minutesSo we could not refund it that day cause return policy is minutes
or less of usage Now if customer had problems with the phone we would have replaced it immediately under warrantyAnd the good news is that it’s still under warranty.I will be happy to replace the device lgkwith no charge to customer. However cannot process a refund cause it’s an upgrade discounted price . *** ***

After speaking with my store manager about this matter, he mentioned that the customer had her phone for at least months, which is past the refund and return policy of Metro PCSWithin that time, he serviced this customer every time she came to the location with any issues, these issues where all
related to how to use a smartphoneHe was very patient and helpful, he went above and beyond to help the customer learn to use her handsetHe also replaced her handset once after complaints of static in the phone, which he couldn't duplicate but still got her a brand new replacement.The customer kept using her old handset to take pictures and she keeps coming back to the store to have them transferred to her new phone, that happened about to timesAfter the frustration of the customer with him not having the time to keep transferring her photos from her old phone to her new phone she decided that she wants a refund! Metro PcS policy for returns is; within days of purchase and less than 60minutes of talk time which she didn't meet neither requirements.we tried our best to please this customer but in this case it didn't work out.We are sad that we have an unstaisfied customer and would love to keep servicing her
