Dear Dispute Resolution Department:I would like to state a few details. 66 Auto Sales performs inspections on vehicles they purchase before they are sold. When this 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was inspected, leaks were not detected. At the time of purchase, an extended vehicle...
contract was presented to Mr. [redacted] which he declined. Once leaks started, we had the vehicle repaired at One Stop Automotive (see invoice [redacted] attached) which we paid in full. At that time a small seep was detected in the steering rack, not a serious leak. After contacting Mr. [redacted] we agreed to repair the steering rack at no cost to him. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are disappointed to receive this complaint. We truly want all our customers to be happy. We hope that this satisfies the complaint and I have asked Mr. [redacted] to contact me if he needs anything further. I can be reached at [redacted] for further questions or information. [redacted], Secretary

Review: I just bought a used car ford fusion 2007 2 weeks ago. I have a 30 day and exteneded warranty. my husband was driving and the gas pedal stuck he ran 2 red lights and almost hit someone before he could get the car to stop. we called the dealer and the towed it to [redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted] and they did a diagnostic test on this car. nothing came up the test drove it and nthing happed. they never took the gas pedal off, cleaned it looked to see what is going on. the are going by a machine to see why the gas pedal stuck. now since the machine didnt say anything they will not fix it or even look at it and take it apart. so this complaint is against [redacted] in [redacted] az phone number [redacted] phone [redacted] and 66 auto sales phone [redacted]. even though I have 30 day warranty and extended warranty no one will help me. even though this is a saftey issue no one will help me. now 66 auto sales is saying I have to pay fees for this and registration fees and licences and the car is going to be more expenses renee the owner wont call me back and is never there. we called our extended warranty and they said the mechanic has to say to fix it in order for them to cover. so we are stuck with a unsafe care and no one will help us. even though we still are under 30 day warranty they are just going by this machine not by saftey. I am afraid to have my husband drive this car I have a 4 year old and a 2 month old please helpDesired Settlement: just to repair and replace the gas pedal issue. to not go by a machine to see whats wrong with the pedal to take it apart and replace it. we have to get in a accident or die for them to believe us its scary.
Review: I purchase a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP from 66 auto on 3-*-201*. [redacted] was the salesman. During the test drive I asked him several questions I asked him if transmission fluid has been flushed power steering and coolant been flushed. he said yes. I also asked if the car had any leaks he said no. And I don't have these service records. after a few days of having he car I had noticed what appeared to be an oil leak. So when I went up on 3-18-201* to give them the rest of the down payment I told them about the leak. They had their service manager [redacted] look at it and said they would take care of it. And sent me to one stop to see what was leaking. They said oil pan gasket needs replace. I waited for one stop or [redacted] to call me with an apt. Nobody called so I called [redacted] on 3-23-1* and 3-2*-1* finally to set a apt up on the 3-26-1* to replace the oil pan gasket. Went drove home and notice 2 days later it was still leaking something. On 3-30-1* I called [redacted] to set up another apt with one stop for 3-31-1* They then told the steering rack is leaking and needs replaced and that 66 auto will not cover it. It would be about $770. This car has leaked ever since I owned it the leaks were never fixed as promised by the service manager.Desired Settlement: Replace the steering rack
