Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever readChris has proven himself to be dishonest, time and time again, and this is just one more instanceThe only truth in his statement is that he did provide the POA to the bank, but not because the bank requested itIt was only after the Albuquerque Police Department contacted him regarding the title that he provided the information needed. I contacted Chris several times in late October and early November regarding the title, and each time he was apologetic for not sending itHe either "got busy", or "lost the file and didn't have the address", or "meant to send it but left late", and each time I contacted him, he was going to get it to meAt one point he said the title was in his hands and he would go "straight to the post office" to mail itThat never happenedThe last time I spoke with Chris, on November 19th, I informed him that we couldn't use the trailer because we didn't have the title to register itI explained to him that my husband had already missed a hunt and we had to cancel a trip and I wanted to know if he had sent it yetAt that time he offered to overnight me a temporary day tagI told him I didn't need a temporary tag, I needed the title and asked that he overnight that insteadHe agreed, said he would send it that day, and would call back with a tracking numberHe never called me back and wouldn't answer any of my phone callsThis was the last conversation I had with ChrisAfter several attempts to contact him, I requested the help from *** *** Credit Union (***), who financed the trailer, on November 23rd in an attempt to get the title*** attempted to contacted him on SEVERAL occasions, beginning on November 27th, but were only able to speak to him a total of times (at some point he stopped taking their calls as well)*** *** is the point of contact and she attempted to get the title mailed to her (without success), and she also contacted the New Mexico DMV for helpWhen she still could not obtain the title she involved the collections supervisor at ***The collections supervisor contacted Chris and when they were unable to get a straight answer from him they contacted *** from the New Mexico Dealer's Licensing Bureau on December 04, 2015, who agreed to helpThe title was finally received after *** got involved and became the "go between" for the bank and Chris, but it wasn't signed over properly*** attempted to contacted him again, on several different occasions, requesting a POA so we could get the title signed over properlyHe agreed to sign the POA, send it by overnight mail and call back with a tracking numberHe never provided the tracking number and stopped accepting her calls as wellI contacted a consumer affairs attorney who recommended I file a complaint with the Revdex.com and contact the police department to see if there was something they could do to help me.I contacted the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) who informed me that I would need to file a report in the county I resided in first, and then file a report with themI filed a police report with the Cochise County Sheriff's Department (CCSO) who referred my case to Officer *** ***She contacted Chris from my residence and after several "disconnected" calls, she finally spoke with himAt that time he said he had sent the necessary documentation several days earlier and would call her back with a tracking numberHe never returned her call or answered when she attempted to call himI also filed a report with the Albuquerque Police Department and that case was referred to an officerwho contacted Chris on my behalf on December 29thHe told her that he had sent the paperwork several days prior and would call her back with a tracking numberHe actually did call her back the next day and told her he had just sent the POA, provided a tracking number, and stated that we could expect it the next business day, December 31st*** did receive the POA and went to the DMV to finally transfer the titleOnce *** received the title I assumed that the hassle was finally overUnfortunately, I was wrong*** called to inform me that Chris hadn't paid the sales tax on the trailer (which was part of the deal) and we would need to pay approx $1,in taxes prior to registrationWe had little choice in the matter. There were several different people, from several different agencies working with me in an attempt to obtain this titleFor him to say this had anything to do with my bank's concern or my integrity or character, is not only a blatant lie, it is also insulting, to me and all the people that spent hours upon hours of their time in an attempt to get Chris to do the right thing! I have contacted each of the agencies involved in helping with this matter and all are willing to speak with whomever necessary to provide information if needed I have requested written documentation from *** and both police reports and am awaiting those at this timeI am happy to provide contact information and any additional documentation necessary to resolve this claim. This sale has been one headache after the nextWe were told that everything in the trailer was in good working orderI mentioned in the last complaint that the generator isn't working and it is estimated to cost roughly $to fixIt seems that the more we dig the more we find wrongWe replaced all the regulators on the propane tanks which cost roughly $We have paid $to get the heater working properly due to wasps nest in and around the heater and in the ducts, and replacing the control board which was badThe entertainment system was broken and all speakers on the exterior were blown and needed replacing, which cost $The awning needed replacing, (which he agreed to do prior to pick up) an additional $The tail lights burnt out on our drive home and we were missing lug nuts on of the tiresThese are just the issues that we are aware of at this timeAs we are unable to take the trailer out until the generator is fixed, we have no idea what additional problems will arise until we find themWe have yet to check the plumbing, water pump, water heater, and showerSadly, I fear that we have not found the last of the problems, not even close, and we won't find them until we take it out and start using it.If I could get him to refund the money we paid for the trailer and the money we have put into it, I would gladly return this trailerUnfortunately, he doesn't "have" to do that, and so he won't.I would like to amend my request to include the money spent on taxes, as this was mutually agreed upon on multiple occasionsI would also like him to pay for the months of payments that were made while we were attempting to get the title, leaving the trailer useless to us, and I think it is only fair that he return the money we have spent to get the trailer in the "good working condition" he claimed it was in when we purchased itThis is what an "honest" business man would do.Regards,

MOTORSPORTS, LLC SAN JOSE AVENUE SE ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102 PHONE ###-###-####JANUARY 11, 2016Revdex.com JEFFERSON ST NE STE A ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87109RE: ID #***This letter is on response to your letter dated December 30, with regard to a
complaint from *** ***.In November 2015, *** Credit Union contacted me asking if I would please send the Title to the Credit Union who was financing the motorhome, and not to the customerThey said the customer was trying to fraud them and not pay them for the loan and was planning to file bankruptcyI over-nighted the Title via UPS to the Credit Union. In December the Credit Union e-mailed me asking me to sign a Power Of Attorney, send it to them so that they could finish the Title processI signed the POA, notorized it and over-nighted it to the Credit Union via UPS.The Credit Union has done all the Title work and has sent the customer the plates and registration to the motorhomeNormally, if there is a balance owed to any loan institution, the customer does not get the Title until the loan is paid in fullI do not feel that I have intentionally wronged the customer.Sincerely,Christian N***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:If this situation weren't so frustrating, it would almost be laughableHow many people can I be accused of trying to "fraud" without it becoming a ridiculous accusationFirst, he said I was trying to fraud my bankThen the Sheriff's office was encouraging him to keep documentation because "they" weren't sure what my intentions wereNow I'm trying to fraud MrN*** and the State of Arizona for "taxes"These accusations are ALL ridiculous, every single one of them.Firstly, my bank NEVER questioned my "intentions", and never said anything of the sort to MrN***, or anyone else, for that matterThe loan was secured the day before we picked up the trailerThere was never any concern of me "trying to fraud them and not pay them for the loan" and there was never a concern that I was "planning to file bankruptcy" In fact, he has falsely accused bank representatives of what would be considered a violation of the Consumer Privacy Protection ActThe legal team at *** has requested a copy of this accusation and has been provided one.Secondly, the State of Arizona has received all owed tax dollarsThe taxes were paid at the time the title was transferred and registration was obtained in JanuaryThe State of Arizona has been paid the taxes that he agreed to pay, therefor there is no "fraud" by me, only MrN***It was NOT "clearly understood" that he was not going to pay for titling and licensing, as well as cover any taxes due, because that was mutually agreed upon prior to the sale taking placeI had know way of knowing that he did "not know what the taxes and fees are in that state"I would assume since he lists many items "For Sale" on multiple Arizona sites, he would know the laws and tax ratesFurther, if it wasn't MrN***'s intentions to transfer the title, why did he have us sign Power of Attorney paperwork in his office at the time of purchase which would allow him to transfer the title? He won't provide that documentation because it would prove once again how dishonest he is. Thirdly, it has never been my intention to fraud MrN***I only want what he promised and what is fairHe is the only one who has made this the difficult process it has been. What MrN*** wants the Revdex.com to believe is that I formulated this ridiculous plot in an attempt to "fraud" someone, anyone and everyone according to himI invented accusations, falsely involved several different representatives of my bank, the New Mexico DMV, the New Mexico Dealer's Licensing Bureau, filed police reports, and falsely filed this claimAny reasonable person can see how completely ridiculous that is, and documentation proves that is absolutely NOT the case. What I wanted was the title to the RV I purchasedWhat I wanted was to be able to take the RV on the trips I had plannedWhat I wanted was to use this RV in the fashion it was intended, not an overpriced lawn ornament, which is what it was for the first months I owned itNone of those are unreasonable expectationsWhat I also want is the RV in the condition MrN*** proclaimed it to be in on multiple occasionsAgain, not unreasonable, and surely not "delusional"We were specifically looking for this type of RV and found several in the private sector with problems we were unwilling to deal withWe foolishly thought if we purchased from a dealer we could cut out the problems, as a dealer would go through the trailer and ensure everything was in proper working orderChris N*** claimed to do just that and reported that everything was in "good working condition" on several occasionsThe "As-Is" document was signed with the belief that everything was in the "good working condition"he claimedUnfortunately, that isn't even close to the truthIn my initial complaint I mentioned we weren't sure we had gotten to the bottom of the problems as we have been unable to use the trailer and we have found the latest issueWhile dropping the trailer off to have the generator fixed we found MrN*** provided us the wrong set of keys for the exterior doorsAs we live in a rural area and the trailer is parked in a block fenced yard, we hadn't attempted to lock the doors, there wasn't a need toI imagine there is another unsuspecting consumer out there who is paying to have a trailer re-keyed because I have their keys and they have mine We will have the trailer re-keyed and hope we have found the last of the problems.Mr.N*** claims his "original price" was $21,That, too, is falseHis asking price was $24,OBOHe agreed to take $21,(much more reasonable considering the year of the trailer) prior to us driving out to see itBased on the condition of the interior of the RV (stained mattress' in master bedroom area and fold out couch, a broken drawer in the built in dresser, and stained carpets) and the fact that he was less than truthful about the awning, he agreed to take $19,The events surrounding the awning is a clear reflection of MrN***'s character and business practicesHe told us the awning would be replaced prior to pick up, called us the day before to make sure we were coming, called us the day we were traveling to get an approximate time of arrival and never ONCE mentioned that the awning didn't arrive to be installedHe could have provided us that information via phoneHe could have told us when we arrivedHe could have told us as we were inspecting the trailerHe had multiple opportunities to volunteer the informationInstead, he waited until we noticed the awning before mentioning that the new one hadn't arrivedThe awning installed was a ripped, filthy awning taken off a different trailer sitting at his dealershipMrN*** knew we wouldn't have come to pick up the trailer without a new awning, so he chose not to reveal that information to guarantee his sale.My requests haven't changed, nor will they, although I have amended the amountThe mechanics were able to fix the valve on the generator instead of replacing itThat substantially reduced the estimated cost from $2,to an approx cost of $The taxes were approx $1,300.00, the heater just over $1,000.00, the propane tanks and regulators $250.00, the entertainment system $350.00, and the payments made while we were unable to use the trailer were just over $The total I am requesting is $4,150.00.Surely MrN***'s legal counsel informed him that a verbal agreement between two parties is not, nor has it ever been, a form of "hearsay"If not, I would encourage MrN*** to look up the definition of the wordI would also suspect MrN***'s legal counsel strongly discouraged him from resorting to childish rhetoric and name calling as a way to resolve this matterIf not, it may behoove MrN*** to hear it.I will not be bullied, intimidated, or silenced by MrN***'s threatsThese problems were created by him and continued because of himIf he has the moral aptitude, he will reimburse me the money I am out and make this fair for all parties involvedIf he chooses not to do so, I will use every avenue available to prevent him from doing this to othersThe media (specifically social media and the news stations who run stories to keep consumers safe) can be a powerful tool, and I will share my story with anyone who will listenI have given MrN*** the opportunity to make this rightThe choice is his.Regards,

Revdex.com,Please see the following breakdown of expenses to be reimbursed by 66 Motorsports:[redacted] Alignment- $1246.36 owed by 66 Motorsports[redacted] Repair Aqua Hot - $3433.47 ($2673.47 parts + $760 labor (8hrs x $95/hr)) owed by 66 MotorsportsMisc Receipts - $998.59 owed by 66 MotorsportsTotal owed by 66 Motorsports is $5678.42.Please note that I am not requesting the entire [redacted] Alignment invoice nor the entire [redacted] invoice be paid by 66 Motorsports.  I highlighted what needs to be paid by 66 Motorsports.  In addition, I could not find and therefore have not included labor invoices to install the battery isolator and alternator.  If 66 Motorsports pays the $5678.42 I will just forget about the other costs.Lastly, I do not have an exact measurement for the sun shade, but I believe [redacted] quoted me somewhere between $200-250 for the sun shade part.  I am traveling right now (not in the RV) and don't have a way to measure it.  If 66 Motorsports really wants to order the sun shade, I am sure they could call Monaco and order it without me measuring it.  If they want me to call [redacted] and get a quote I can do that.I really want to see this resolved.  Please help me, Revdex.com!Sincerely,[redacted]###-###-####

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Mr. N[redacted]'s response is a continuation of half truths and blatant lies. He only admits to what can be proven with documentation, the additional information he either denies or ignores completely. In his first response he claimed to have spoken to my bank only twice, once in November and once in December, and both times he provided the needed documents. When I provided a Cochise County Sheriff's Dept complaint number, he then admitted to speaking with the deputy. That complaint was filed on December 28th. He told the deputy at that time he had sent the requested documentation. He was contacted by the Albuquerque Police Department on December 29th and provided tracking number [redacted] during the second phone call with the APD detective, who then called me to provide the number. According to the UPS tracking website, the package was sent on December 29th by UPS Next Day Air Service and received by my bank on December 30th (screenshot of UPS tracking attached). He has been adamant that he sent the documentation prior to speaking with the CCSO deputy but the tracking record proves differently. I have copies of the police department complaint, however due to the information on each (ie: my date of birth and social security number) I have chosen not to attach those. I am happy to provide those to the Revdex.com staff but I will not provide personal information of that nature to Mr. N[redacted].I have attached a letter from [redacted] Credit Union ([redacted]) regarding their assistance in helping to obtain this title. Mr. N[redacted] claims to have sent the title in November, however the documentation proves that they first contacted him on December 4th and he admitted that he didn't have the title in his possession. All the "agencies she claims she had to involve in this matter", using Mr. N[redacted]'s words, are facts and the bank has documentation to prove it. I would also like to point out that there is NO documentation whatsoever of anyone involved questioning my intentions or my integrity, in fact, bank personnel were appalled to hear of his accusations, and only got involved at my request. It is offensive that he would attack my integrity like that when he clearly has none to speak of.I would also like to add that when we agreed on the $19,000, my husband and I were very clear that this price was to include taxes, title, and licensing. Mr. N[redacted] agreed to this and the deal was made. At the time we had no reason to question Mr. N[redacted]'s word or intentions. When we finally received the title and the titling and licensing hadn't been completed it seemed a small thing as we felt this struggle had finally come to a close. It wasn't until [redacted] went to finish the titling process that we realized he hadn't paid the taxes either. It is unfortunate that Mr. N[redacted] treats paying consumers in this manner. He is dishonest, untrustworthy, and quite frankly, he is a crook. He will continue to lie until written documentation backs him into a proverbial corner that he can't get out of. It's also unfortunate that New Mexico consumers have to deal with such a dishonest business man. Mr. N[redacted] has no intentions to make this right and do what he promised, and I have no intentions of being a "silent" victim to his dishonest practices.Mr. N[redacted], thus far, has only provided a lame apology amongst additional lies and half truths. This process has been an "inconvenience" because he made it so. M y requests have not changed from the previous requests. It is unfortunate that he feels no obligation to the consumers that have kept him in business thus far. It is only fair that he make this right.
Regards,
[redacted] Here is the copy of the sales receipt. As I mentioned to the Revdex.com employee who called, the taxes are listed as "0 out of state". At the time of purchase Mr. N[redacted] agreed to the sale price of $19,000 which was to include taxes, title, and licensing. We were very clear that we didn't want to spend one dime more than the agreed upon $19,000.00, and Mr. N[redacted] was very agreeable to that. He told my husband there was "no sales tax" in New Mexico and because it was an out of state sale there would be no taxes owed anyway. I did not hear this conversation, it was relayed to me after the fact. As we don't live in New Mexico and have never purchase anything out of state, my husband had no reason to question the truthfulness of his statement. When he wrote the Total Price as $19,000, I believed this was the case and didn't question it. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the type of business person I was dealing with at the time.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. The consumer in this complaint clearly understood that I was not charging her New Mexico taxes or fees of any kind and that she was to apply for registration in Arizona and pay Arizona taxes, as I do not know what the taxes and fees are in that state. I am attaching a signed copy of the Purchase Agreement which clearly shows I did not collect any taxes or fees but solely the Cash Price of the Vehicle in question, and again a copy of the As-Is Doc where both of them signed. Any further communication will have to be submitted to my attorney as I am in the process of filing a Civil Complaint in District Court where they will have to appear. My attorney's address is as follows: [redacted], Attorney at Law [redacted] Obviously this person is delusional or is just trying to defraud me or the state of Arizona to not pay taxes there. When I received the call from [redacted] Credit Union requesting that I send them the title on the toy hauler, I over-nighted it to them. Then sometime later, they called and asked if I would sign a Power of Attorney and send that to them as well, and I did. After talking to the Credit Union on the phone and finding out what was going on, I thought that was the best thing to do as I did not know what Mrs. [redacted]'s intentions were. As to all the agencies she claims she had to involve in this matter, I only spoke to one. It was a sheriff deputy in Arizona. At the time I spoke to the deputy, the title had already been sent out to the Credit Union and I advised her of that. She agreed that it was probably the right thing to do and to keep documentation of such. As to the awning, the toy hauler was originally priced at $21,000.00. I ordered the awning cloth but unfortunately it did not come in by the time the [redacted]s arrived to pick up the toy hauler. For this reason, I dropped the price to $19,000.00 and had the [redacted]s sign an "AS IS" document which is attached for your review. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has created on all of our behalves. Sincerely,Christian N[redacted] Attacnment
