Review: orderd a case xx 2013 easter knife in collector tin, collector tin came damaged due to packaging on sellers part. contacted seller by email and they promised to pay $5.99 return shipping but now refuses to do so, now stating because I gave a bad review on them they are not refunding as promised. I can not get them to answer phone or emails now to resolve this.Desired Settlement: refund $5.99 for return shipping

Review: Purchased a shotguns with a very distinctive type barrel on it. Prior to taking ownership it was boxed up in back. After getting it home found out the barrel had been swapped out with a different one. Notified the store of the issue and was told I must have made a mistake about what I KNOW what kind of barrel was on it when I bought it. There is no way to mistake the barrel. It is avery distinctive type barrel. It wasn't the first time I looked at the gun. In fact the distinctive barrel actually turned me away from buying the same gun two months earlier. I asked them to review their camera footage to see I'm right. Was told they didn't have the time to do that. It's outright stealing or bait and switch. Whichever you want to call it.Desired Settlement: Give me the barrel that was supposed to come on the gun I purchased.
