I stopped at this tire shop because my tire pressure indicator light came on while I was drivingWhen I got out of my vehicle, I noticed that the front left tire looked lowJust an hour before, I checked the tire pressure in all four tires-- they were all fine except for the front left
The mechanic, however, proceeded to take off my front RIGHT tire, and wheeled it into the shopA few minutes later, he came and brought me into the shop and told me I had a puncture in the sidewall of the tire, and that the tire needed to be replaced entirelyI started to feel extremely uncomfortable with his pressure, since I knew that that tire had been fine
I asked him to put the tire back on the car, and I left
The following day, I made an appointment with my official Subaru service departmentThey confirmed that I had a "mysterious" puncture in my right tire's sidewallI had to pay for a new tire to be put on

Review: I came into the shop with 1 flat tire to be fixed. instead of fixing the tire, they said it needs to be replaced. in addition, I would have to replace a second tire that was running fine. I obliged and changed both tires. it turns out, since they didnt have the tires my car required they gave me a set they did have that completely didnt match my cars specifications. as a result the car now drives completely horrible and has voided the manufacturer warranty. please help.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or a replacement to the tires my vehicle is supposed to have.

Review: I was driving with a spare and came across this establishment. I asked them to repair my tire and their repose was that it needed replacing. in addition, they said another tire was also in need of replacement. so I agreed to change both tires. however, it turns out they did not have the appropriate tire for my vehicle in stock and they replaced them with something completely different. as a result the car no longer drives the same the vehicle warranty will be voided.Desired Settlement: either a refund or a replacement with the correct spec tire.

A rear right wheel has a defective rim. When I asked for replacement, the seller refused to change the rim with defect.Desired Settlement: I had to go through various mechanics to diagnose problem which added to the cost of the new rim. I eventually had to purchase a new rim to resolve the problem. if I had not it would have continues to present an extreme safety hazard. The total cost of this was $423.31
